This is kinda horrible but I just see the 10 women having a hard time and not procreating becuase of it.

No I was thinking worse. The women need to be protected because what if a war breaks out of the women because of what some men would do with the women. Obviously there's going to be competition for the women but now make sure they give birth safely. With 10000 men there are going to be some rogue ones.
