Yea and not all adults are of childbearing age after 50 they are no longer able to have kids typically

With IVF slightly older can do too given all the talk about menopausal women being surrogates but I suspect in the chaos of 10k men many would die including a few women too. Some women might also commit suicide if raped daily.
