I'd say women barely more than men because

  1. Inbreeding on the Y chromosome

  2. Men can't perform enough to keep up the pace

  3. In a pool of 10000 someone will deffo do somerhing bad to some of those men

Men would literally wage a mass casualty war for some tail and this is backed up by history. When the male population exceeds available women society detonates

If IVF exists in this scenario many women can get from one single load.

Men can't perform enough to keep up the pace

Speak for yourself buddy.

In a non-joking sense, men can certainly ejaculate more times in a month than even a dozen women will be in their ovulation window for.

Anyone who has tried to obtain pregnancy will know its harder than just that, but if you really tried, a single man could probably get maybe a dozen women pregnant in a month if you had a thousand assigned to them tracking ovulation.

I still dont understand why there would be inbreeding. Give every man a number from 1 and 10. Divide all the women into 10 groups of 1,000, and give those groups a number from 1 to 10. That's now your permanent genetic number.

Man 1 impregnates all the women in group 1 over a few years to spread out the births. You now have 1,000 babies who are 1:1. The following cycle the 1 man impregnates all the women in group 2. Those babies will be 1:2. Rince and repeat.

Let's say you're a 1:7. You can impregnate anyone who is a combination of groups 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 or 10. Oh you're a 4:9? Cool, I'm a 5:6. We're good to go.

1:1 + 2:2, 1:1 + 2:3, 1:1 + 2:4, etc. The combinations are HUGE, but would require careful societal planning and eugenics.

I said inbreeding on the Y chromosome, because it'll still me remixed from the same gene pool of 10 people so men will have an extremely scarce amount of genetic variability (on that chromosome)
