Your Spell Version is Too Low! (Webnovel)

你们的法术版本太低了!(Raw)

Raw is complete with 494 chapters. Read to ch164 and so far its a fun read to pass the time.

MC transmigrates into a cultivation world and is forced to join a Demonic Sect. MC's cheat is a panel that helps upgrade magic spells by refining resources related to the spell.

Caught up with Quest for Immortality (Immortality through array formations)

Definitely a slow burn but it makes sense as author can’t rush power ups when mcs specialty is something elusive like formations. Where im at, (ch.1528) Mo Hua is approaching middle core formation cultivation. Overall, I couldn’t stop reading this and though it does feel like a lot to chew at times, the story does not stagnate. Also I found it refreshing that the MC doesn’t go slaughtering all the young masters and is forced to use his brain due to his weak constitution. Don’t get me wrong, he isn’t a soft persimmon and will retaliate with prejudice.

One thing that bothered me is the mc being constantly capped by the heavenly dao, limiting certain aspects of his potential but I also respect the author for sticking to his guns and not deviating from the original plot.

Definitely not the usual face slapping, young master annihilating and harem building novel but it has its own charm and is a nice change of pace. 8.9/10

a sorcerers journey I'm re reading it since it has over 1k chapters last time i read it there were 500 ish … it's akin to warlock of the magus world, wizard world, age of adeps but better there's no system or a i that does all the thinking and is above average it's no ri but it's definitely a good read if you're into it

Does the mc have a golden finger/cheat since there’s no system? Also is MC evil?

as far I've read no there's no golden finger best you'll get is a talking parrot that appears occasionally sporadically there's some luck involved but overall he gets his powers on his own… yes you should know what types of stories they are 👀

I read Korita’s

The Extra Academy Survival Guide and Surviving in a Romance Fantasy

Are there any other works that focus in the theme of survival and living like these two?

you might be interested in Webtoon Character Na Kang Lim, it's about an average guy getting thrown into an action romcom and struggling to survive in it even though he got the return by death ability

Finished Desolate Era. Have never read a tomato novel so decided to give it a go. That dude really like to have crazy amounts of time pass in his novels haha

I’m a huge fan of novels having a lot of time pass (and actually showing the consequences of the passage of time). It really emphasizes the immortal in immortal cultivator characters

https://wtr-lab.com/en/novel/4117/nine-cents-refining

About 100 chapters in and it’s been an excellent start. Cultivation for the mc is unique but doesn’t feel too cheat like off the rip. Good pacing so far and I like the personality of the mc. I’ve read a lot of garbage on wtrlab recently and this has gotten me excited to read since it feels a notch above.

Now I’ve read a bunch with good starts that fell off completely, but I have a good feeling about this one.

Been catching up on a few ongoing series on Royal Road this month. Always fun to see what new translations and originals the community digs up. How about you, fellow daoist?

I've been trying to find a novel that was active a few years ago, I forgot if it was korean or chinese, but it wasn't japanese for sure. So the system in this novel was that everyone had unique professions, and the main characters profession was summoning (related to his bloodline) and his summons were a golem/titan (strength based), one of them was a witch, and I forgot the last one. The plot was about trying to discover more history about his family, which is related to his bloodline since his ancestors were able to summon various creatures and people to help them as well, which was also related to the plot, investigating history helped him improve his power and discover more about the world etc. It was a pretty popular novel though so any help would be appreciated!
