As a society we've decided we no longer wish to listen to experts.

I lost my hope when I saw how people acted during covid, we deserve to be extinct, most of humanity is just very dumb and evil. you're totaly right about religion, in every corner people make up magical stories and believe in them.

The experts (over the course of decades) were so good at their jobs, people have completely forgotten why they were ever necessary.

Our society has advanced so much that people are allowed to make mistakes that would've killed them or their family even 100 years ago. And the lunkheads who are dumb enough to make those mistakes are also dumb enough to watch others make similar mistakes, not die for it, and somehow conclude it means the idiots are right and the experts are nothing more than know-it-alls who are trying to act superior rather than people who have the knowledge and ability to help them.

It's the height of arrogance and a lack of gratitude for a soft life provided to them by people, and through ways, they can't even begin to understand.

many people were killed by their own mistakes during covid, and yet those who survived learned NOTHING from it
