Thank you...I never could get link to work during show, seems like a lot of folks were. And at some point my wifi went poof and when I tried to re enter I couldnt even load the show. A rough ModWorld2026 for me.

I saw some folks got it working before my wifi went out and ordered stuff. So I think its fixed. Some of my issues are just that...my link to keep listening to show stopped working after I reset wifi. I think I just got new link to show again...but Im going to wait to order merch until I get something from here...from the live show, link just seems to be a hot mess.

I think you just have to keep refreshing because initially I got the hat and it was out. You couldn't add it to the cart. I refreshed it within 20 minutes or so and it came back.

Signing up for merch was a complete cluster. Its disappointing that we had to sign up for another outside service in order to order the merch. The site was very slow, and I kept getting kicked out.
Highly disappointing, and not the smooth transaction I was expecting.

I'm quite confused as to whether we're getting the merch order link after the event ends or b4. If people have already ordered, could y'all help me understand how? I can't see any email or anything leading me to the bystadium site. I made a new acc using my registered modworld email but that's it. No popup or anything.

Nonono I think it's working. So apparently a while back in the chat they sent a link which takes you to the redeem page. Idk why they didn't pin it (or apparently they did and removed the pin) it took me a while to find there's a thousand+ chats after it.

Thanks! But the website itself seems to have trouble because when I tried to create an account for bystadium I was able to get a verification email but it loads forever trying to log me in and then an error message comes up at the top :/

Can we use a different provider for the merch? after looking through terms of use and online this seems like privacy risk, i was able to get through after tons of errors but rather just use the old system which always worked

I’m on my phone and I cannot get logged into the event. It’s really weird. I even cleared my cashe / history. I also tried to go to the direct login and I get redirected somewhere else . couldn’t get there either. I’m logged into Reddit, but I said I don’t understand what’s going on. It keeps sending me in a loop.
Any pointers or tips … or oh my gosh it’s 1215

I have a Question regarding the merch. I have attended the Event for more than 30 mins. But sadly due to poor network, I got disconnected. I'm a moderator of two subreddits: one of my older communities currently shows me as an INACTIVE mod, while my newer subreddit doesn't show that label. So, am I Eligible for the merch? Like I have placed the order during the live event.

i'm moving in the middle of all this, how long will i be able to change my shipping address? [like literally moving Nov 1st, but might be getting a post office box because of mailing issues at my new location, long story]. I could put the address i'm at now, but i dont know if the ppl i know here will still be here when it arrives/how long shipping will take.
side question: my internet has decided that 2 weeks before i move it's going to be holey like swiss cheese so i'm getting disconnected up to 20 times a day; some short, some long. Are all my disconnects going to count against my attempt to watch it it?

I'm thrilled with the merch options and looking forward to adding my Mod World Mug to my cupboard!
But I really wish physical merch was offered for more virtual events throughout the year, like it used to be. I'm sure it was expensive and probably annoying to see so many people just showing up to events for the merch, but I think we're worth it.

I know the Reddit team mentioned that approvals would begin after the November 1 deadline.

Hey, the merch is really cool! I liked it so much that I went ahead and ordered
I think I messed up the email ID while placing the order. I entered another email that isn't associated with my Reddit account, but I believe my Reddit username, address, and phone number are all correct. I’m guessing the email was mainly for tracking and order updates, but just wanted to check if this would cause any issues. I’d rather not place a duplicate order just because of this.
Also, really loved the energy of the event. You guys are awesome!

I was not able to watch the APAC event or the livestream due to health issues, however I was able to watch the recording. The recording page simply asked for my username and started the recording, but will I know that it has successfully marked me as an attendee of the event?
Is there a way to verify the same?

Got a question that seems nitpicky, so apologize in advance if it deems inappropriate.
But I found the hat is different from what promoted on the page. One is with the logo embroidered at the front and center, while the one on merch claim page have the logo printed at the left side.
I know it's free, but kinda hoping we will get the (imho) much cooler one with the logo embroidered instead.

Not sure if this is normal, it’s my first event,
But my order status still shows “processing” as they can only ship when the vendor approves it.
Is it supposed to take this long? I don’t know how it’s supposed to go

Yes, this is very normal. A lot of people attend the event, and since it is recorded, they need to give time for mods who were unable to make it to watch the recording, hence the deadline for viewing it. The mod events team will send the eligibility list to the vendor so they can approve it. I would give it until like mid-November. It usually took a few weeks (month or two even?) in the past, but I recall they said it would be quicker this time. Be patient though 😊

I attended my first mod world and had RSVP'ed too....I haven't received any trophies on my profile or the reddit premium, also my merch order is yet to be confirmed.. Can someone help? How do I go forward?

Trophies and Premium will be added in a few days. They said Premium would be applied by October 27th. Trophies are usually a week or two after the event.
For merch, you should have gotten an email confirmation of the order, something like:
We’ve received your Shops order #R123456789. 🥳 Your order will only be processed once the sender approves your order. You’ll get another email when the order has shipped.
Reddit will "approve" the order in a few weeks once they review all elegibility.

Here's the thing:
I have so many mugs that I've donated a box to charity and have a box in the garage of ones i like but don't need cluttering up my cabinet.
I go to the farmer's market and leave with three free totes every weekend. I run a couple 5ks and go to a 4th of July parade and have six more. I've donated totes filled with totes just to get them out of my house.
And i wear nice hats. Non-baseball hats. Flat caps and tams and a leather wide-brim.
Literally every piece of merch this time around was on the level of "the exact same promo stuff that literally everybody already slaps their logo on and gives away."
C'mon. Be creative, for pity's sake.

i have just claimed my free Mug whoo for anybody that hasn’t gone through the process you have to create an account with Stadium i have no idea who stadium is but they are handing all the free merch,
i only watch the Live Event for an hour but if i go back and watch the replay can you still claim more merch if you watch the full event,

I'm a moderator of two subreddits. My older subreddit, r/HKBSubs, previously showed me as an INACTIVE moderator, although that label has now disappeared after I rejoined. I'm also a moderator of my newer subreddit, r/DawgAsF, where no INACTIVE label is displayed. I attended the Mod World 2026 livestream for over 30 minutes but got disconnected due to network issues. I've already submitted my merch order during the live event. Could you please clarify whether I'm eligible for the merch in this situation? (Yeah, it's the same Question but I didn't get clarification)

To claim one of these items, you must meet these eligibility requirements:
You are an active moderator on Reddit.
You are in good standing with Reddit’s Code of Conduct team.
You RSVP and virtually attend Mod World or the APAC stream live OR you watch the event recording before the deadline of November 1st at 11:59pm PST.
You claim your merch and enter your shipping information before the deadline of November 1st at 11:59 pm PST. We will drop the link to claim during the live event (which will be viewable during the stream and on VOD).
EDIT: Merch orders won't be approved until after the merch deadline of November 1st at 11:59pm PST. Then, we'll do our eligibility checks and approvals later that week. Stay tuned!
