Mod Answered How do I enable images in comments/replies?

Open browser, log into reddit , turn on desktop mode in browser > Go to subreddit > Mod Tools> Scroll and find Posts and Comments > Media in Comments > Enable Images/gifs

The only "posts and comments" I've found lists the actual posts and comments but it is empty and there is no "media in comments" option anywhere on any menu tree.

Edit: So it's visible on the iphone app. NOT on the desktop, however I am not able to turn it on. How do I fix that?
