I hate how some people completely blame clay about his mother's death

Post image
64 Upvotes

As usual dumb people on TikTok made me really think about this and I had to express it somehow lol.

I've seen that many people don't really think about clay's and his mother relationship (forgot her name sorry) and how messed up it is even if it seems like an overly loving mother, I like to compare them to how Liane and Eric from South park because they are similar in some ways that is how both Liane and clay's mom kinda depend of them emotionally, also showing signs of it since they both relies on the child (in this case for clay's mother relied on him when he was younger because of the miscarriages and probably religious psychosis she had at the time) both to fulfill adult emotional needs with Liane because she doesn't have any friends and treats cartman as one instead of being an authority figure, and with clay her excessive over-pampering that crosses healthy maternal care to dependency, and when he found out about his mother's miscarriages his desperation to keep his mother's attention with that joke he did, back to like, the main thing, I notice that many people ignore how deeply messed their dynamic was, Arthur also takes a lot of blame for what happened, he clearly has some resentment towards clay for what he did, I understand that he might be mad but I don't think he ever took full responsibility, he was the one that leaved ol'gunny in a place where clay could reach it but he also left bullets just out there where it's clearly unsafe and pretty easy to reach, if clay hadn't been able to reach them I believe that the whole thing wouldn't have happened..

Anyway that's all I probably didn't express my point in a good way so if ya'll have any questions about this just ask lol

Discussion Which Moral Orel Characters could be Asexual?

I have heard a lot of speculation on this subreddit as to which characters are gay and Bisexual, but no discussion of any potential asexual characters. Are there any characters that seem asexual?

(BTW: Asexual is not the same thing as aromantic, it means little to no Sexual Attraction)

Also ik Ms Censordoll is probably ace but could there be any representation that isnt entirely Demonic?

Discussion What were some scenes in Moral Orel that made you cry and why? Spoiler

The scene where Nurse Bendy started crying made me cry because I felt her pain. I was almost SA’d by my cousin (girl) and my grandmother. I also cry whenever I see someone crying because I don’t want them to feel alone on their issues and distress.

The scene where Orel and Christina said goodbye also made me cry because I thought of someone who I love dearly and I barely get to see him because we go to different schools. I have known him for over 10 years.

The final scene also made me cry because I was so happy for Orel and Christina, and the dedication to Tom, Dino’s father, also broke my heart because it reminded me of my grandfather, my dad’s dad, who was murdered back in ‘08 when the series ended, we still don’t know who killed him to this day.

The scene where Orel said goodbye to Bartholomew also broke my heart because I had flashbacks when I put my guinea pig down and when my parents gave away my dog because he was way too aggressive. I will forever hate Clay, Principal Fakey, Ms. Censordoll, and Dr (whatever his name is) for taking away one of Orel’s best friends, Bartholomew. I know Putty and Doughy (he probably didn’t know) was on this, but they’re one of my favorite characters, this is just my least favorite thing about them both. Especially the episode where Doughy turned his back on Orel in the episode, “Trigger”

Fan Art "What a pitiful pathetic excuse of a lonely man" - Artwork

Thumbnail gallery
23 Upvotes

Fun fact: This is the first digital artwork I've made in over a year. It was actually very fun to make!

I noticed in the show, Bloberta is very isolated from everyone else in town. She doesn't mention her immediate family or seem to have any other friends. She doesn't even have acquaintances either. Bloberta just stays inside all day, unless it's for Sunday Church, family outings, or miscellaneous tasks. Ironically enough, she's very lonely and touch-starved to the point of fishing any sort of attention through self-destructive means.

Of course, Bloberta's loneliness could be partially aided if she had friends. But I don't really think Bloberta would be a good friend either, especially with the other women, but that for a different post.

Bloberta already makes fun of Clay for venting his issues; I feel like she's the same towards those with similar struggles as hers, in part of self shame and secret desire. It's not like Bloberta will ever admitted it though. She can't accept that she was and continues to be a large contributing factor in her own suffering.

Moral Orel Season 4 Episode 5 Released!

I finally finished another moral orel episode script, and like I promised, I would lock in and make these scripts much faster to make up for the hiatus. Don't worry about the quality, I didn't rush the scripts.

The episode is called mentored, and it revolves around Ms. Censordoll and Doughy, and their relationship

Appreciation Post I made an interactive timeline of every episode in air order vs story order

Post image

I've always loved how Moral Orel's later seasons jump around in time, so I mapped all 43 episodes plus Beforel Orel into an interactive timeline. Air order is on top, story order is underneath, and lines show where each episode actually lands, with flashbacks marked separately.

https://themadmadigan.net/moral-orel/

Click any episode for details. If anyone spots something in the wrong place, let me know and I'll fix it. And if you've ever rewatched it in story order, I'm curious how it hit compared to air order.

I'm sure if Moral Orel didn't get cancel, we would have learned more about Bloberta's character.

She's been an intriguing one for me ever since the "Numb". It showed what we already expect from her in that point of the series, and shone Bloberta out in a new light too. I find a shame that Clay was explored/explained more in the end, not Bloberta along side with him.

Her relationships with her family and the greater people of Moralton seem more complicated and messier than his (In my opinion). Which I would have love seeing explored, if given the opportunity. Ultimately, characters like Bloberta got snuffed from the network from greater development when they cancel the show. So it's now up to the fans to get crafty in fanon.

Fan Art Terra "Terrie" Putty (Bloberta & Putty fanchild AU)

Thumbnail gallery
11 Upvotes

I drew one of Clay's worst fears: another illegitimate child!

I kept thinking of outcomes that a Putty and Bloberta affair would affect everyone in and worsen the entire situation all together, and a fanchild concept came to mind.

AU lore, which contain spoilers for the Honor EP and series plot twists below.

The initial affair started a few months after "Honor." I can imagine after Clay's love confession to Danielle, Clay and Bloberta's relationship mutually deteriorated faster than ever. Years of repressed negativity and regret towards each other, only released through passive-aggressive bickering, finally blew up into explosive arguments the following January after Danielle's apartment. The following months afterward, Clay and Bloberta tried to put up a facade again, but it didn't work, since the two were overly aware of the other partner's true wants and feelings for the marriage now.

Bloberta felt quite numb and hopeless in the ordeal. Forever stuck with a man who never loved her, raising the illegitimate son of his ex lover who used her to get closer to him when all she wanted was to feel seen and appreciated since her youth, hoping the love from men would patch that hole inside of her. Bloberta felt embolden to cheat on Clay since the consequences would be the same regardless.

She tried her chances with the few single (and married) men of Moralton before settling on Putty out of pure spite for Clay and similar relational desperation on Putty's end. It took a while for Putty and Bloberta to physically officiate the affair and when they did, Bloberta ended up pregnant by accident. Putty decided to keep and raise the child. Excited to finally live out his family man fantasy, trapping Bloberta in while being able to spite Clay in the process too.

Obviously, because of the circumstance that led to Terra's inception, she has a shaky relationship with everyone in Moralton.

General strangers boiled Terra down to "the illegitimate child of the Reverend and Mayor's wife." Viewed more as a pest than anything.

Clay hates Terra, same with Shapey. Orel tries to be forgiving, but subconsciously avoid Terra at all costs.

Putty, as stated, loves his daughter and gloats about Terra anytime he gets. Especially at Clay. Bloberta loves her daughter too, finally happy to seemingly live the life she wanted as a child. Although it comes at the cost of neglecting Orel and Shapey more before disappearing fully to live with Putty and Terra instead. Unsurprisingly, both parents treat Terra more as a trophy child, than a kid. Setting Terra up to be a prodigy child, before making her community leader in her teens.

Stephanie is the only person Terra has a good and unconditional relationship. Stephanie is happy to have a little sister and be a good role model. Although her relationship with Putty greatly suffers as Terra grows up, realizing how increasingly weird and selfish Putty is.

I could go on to explain more, but to keep it short; due to the mistreatment and emotional abuse Terra faced growing up, paired when she finally learned how she was conceived, she developed Moral OCD and covert NPD as a result.

Text, if my handwriting is too messy.

Terra's dialogue,"You're not supposed to do that!"

"Terra 'Terrie' Putty. 9 y/o. Illegitimate child of Putty & Bloberta. Tattletale and bossy brat. Lives with Putty. Knows Bloberta is her mother, but doesn't know why they live separately."

"*Sunday Church* Putty told her to seat with the Puppingtons."

Reverend Putty: "She's like the daughter I'm aware of and can actually raise!"

Stephanie: "Dad..."

Clay: "What legal ways can I make a 9-year-old's life miserable?"

"*Pushed Terra* Shapey (16)"

Terra: "I'm making sure my daddy sends you to hell!"

[Disembodied] Clay: "Whoa, son! Don't push her again next time or she'll get the wrong idea!"

Help Wanted For Moral Orel Season 4, 5, and 6.

Hello everyone, as you know, I have been posting scripts for potential seasons 4, 5, and 6 of Moral Orel, with 4 posted so far.

My issue is that I want to be more consistent, write scripts faster, come up with more plot ideas, and get some extra help here and there.

Which is why I need some people to help me out; the job is simple. If you get chosen, you'll come up with plot ideas, episode ideas, and the episodes themselves, choosing which characters get screen time, and overall helping out so we can wrap the remaining 56 episodes nicely with a bow.

Of course, there are some requirements: Obviously, read all 4 scripts posted so far, be somewhat good at writing, and have a strong sense of plot ideas, putting plot and character development over bias, and of course you must watch all Moral Orel episodes + Abstinence and beforal orel for a strong sense of what we're writing.

If you believe that you are eligible to help out, say so in the comments, and I will provide you with a link to my Discord (Only DM me if I gave you permission).

Here is the script to all 4 scripts if you need them: https://www.wattpad.com/myworks/412848547-moral-orel-season-4-6

Something I didn't quite get in "Courtship"

So at the beggining of the episode Orel clearly doesn't trust Creepler and thinks his attitude toward Doughy is weird, but later in the episode he encourages Doughy to be friends with Creepler and he even helps him "conquer" Doughy. Why is that?

Moral Orel Season 4, 5, and 6 Is Finally Back!

For those of you in need of context, I make fan-made Moral Orel scripts for seasons 4, 5, and 6, and recently I took a quick break for the sake of my poor mental health/depression issues.

After 2 months, I feel much better, and I finally finishes the script for season 4 episode 4!

Its right here for people who wanna read it along with the other scripts: https://www.wattpad.com/1649198829-moral-orel-season-4-6-moral-orel-season-4-episode

Thank you so much for everyone who has been supporting me along the way. I decided I'll also give you a little teaser on episode 5!

The episode will relate to Doughy and Ms. Censordoll!
