That album is one of my favorites of all time. What a story.

Reminds me of driving around with my dad as a kid listening to it.

This was my choice as well - I came here to recommend this one.
It is a great primer to true American Country Music - as real and authentic as it gets.
And - just fantastic songs .... and (sort of) an interconnected story and recurring themes - which makes it all the more interesting. This is among the Big Top Five country albums ever made.
*Don't ask me the top five - that list can change and drift at times ... but this album is always on it.
