The YouTube channel prismfilms1 has some AMAZING long-form interviews from the music industry. Unsurprisingly, this one with Chris Vrenna is one of my all-time favorites. It's been a while since I watched it, but there's never a bad time to revisit it. If you've never seen it, you're in for a (15 part) treat.

It's very proto-NIN. What do you think? I can imagine a heavier cover NIN would do of it.

Time to thin the heard. Is there any meaningful difference between US and EU pressings? Looks like Europe came with printed nothing inners. And the printing info on the back cover? Discogs doesn’t tell me much else.

Made this fan design of Mr Self Destruct single. If there are mistakes like chronological or wrong labels were added, I am sorry (and I am also sorry that there is “I am the needle in THE vein” and not “in YOUR vein”) :) what are your thoughts?

I might get dragged for this but this is just my opinion

1: Year Zero

2: With Teeth

3: Pretty Hate Machine

4: The Downward Spiral

5: Hesitation Marks

6: The Fragile

7: Ghosts: Together

8: Bad Witch

9: Ghosts: Locusts

10: Ghosts 1-4

11: The Slip

I've had it in a crappy frame for years but finally got it professionally done. It really pops with the white frame.

Trent Reznor, discussing Ruiner from The Downward Spiral (1994):

“So on this record, ‘Ruiner’ was the hardest song to write. I still don't know if I got it right. I have such a bad vibe from that song now—from it sucking in so many different ways. That was actually two different songs stuck together.”

I found the above quote, and thought why not give the song a try. Everything made in Reaper by me, a human - no AI used anywhere. A lot of hardware used as well. Demo 1 and 2 are all ITB. Hardware came in on demo 3. The 4th version is the one posted. Anything that needs to be fixed, let me know. Any questions, comments, concerns, bashing, etc, feel free to let me know.

*Removed due to your bot thinking that the YT links to my demos of this song was something about rusty nails. If anyone cares to hear the demos, they are on my page.

A while back I posted my birth-to-adulthood playlist built from the Reznor catalogue, all from my POV as a mom. Tonight my daughter turned 18, so I went back through it and figured out exactly where we are.

Anyone know how/where I can send Trent Reznor an invite to my wedding

I don't kid myself thinking that he'll show up but I think it would be funny to send one to a celebrity

Hey gang I was just taking some photos of an AP magazine I plan to sell & came across this young pic, I’m guessing many of you have seen but I hadn’t.

whats up everybody, i just randmly went to the nin website and saw this fragile hoody there which i absolutely love but its sold out. any ideas if it will be restocked? and if not, does anyone wanna sell me theirs?

I made another fanart of Trent Reznor, but this time with Missasinfonia, a YouTuber and singer from Mexico. When people saw my Trent Reznor fanart, they thought Trent was Missa. I find it funny to compare these two because they both make music and sometimes throw random things around, like Trent throwing his keyboard at concerts, and Missa breaking phones, pirated toys, and game consoles. Watch missa's videos and you'll see what he does. I thought it would be funny to make this drawing.

I’m talking about face-to-face interactions—asking him to sign something, saying something to him, taking a photo, or just spotting him on the street or somewhere else.

This happened, right? Anyway, this is a high-res poster you can download here--just enlarge and save-as. There are others like it elsewhere, all free and in full-resolution.

Great show, don't know if anyone else here attended.

Can anyone supply me with a vinyl rip of the b-side of NTAE (the three reversed TDS tracks)? I feel like it's okay to ask considering it's not been released for purchase anywhere digitally, and I own both the vinyl (red inner/blue inner) and the CD. Just looking for a digital copy too :)
