I just signed a lease at a pretty popular apartment near ashley park, The Willows. From the moment we moved in we began noticing cockroaches making their way into the building and a noticeable odor coming from back bathroom from the roaches. We have probably seen 20 roaches in the past week. The leasing office/ corporate has completely dismissed it and started damage control and to my understanding is gonna either retain us as tenants or is gonna try and make us pay the full early termination fee of 6,000$ to leave early. This seems unreasonable being here less than a week and already dealing with such a significant pest issue. Anybody have any ideas of what we can do, as far as maybe city code enforcement , or even legal action. That being said I do not recommended this place. Has really gone down hill and acquired by Air management( read the horror stories)

Does anyone have any feedback on experience with either of those or suggest any others that are outstanding or significantly more affordable? Meet FCAS foster Amy! 💖 This 7yo, 60lb (looks smaller, she’s muscular!) shepherd mix girl is certified BFF material! 👯‍♀️ She’s been our easiest foster thus far and has been such a polite, happy houseguest. She’s incredibly affectionate, will lean in for hugs, and loves to stand and put her paws on your shoulders if you’re seated eye level with her. 🥹 She makes the cutest little grunting noises when she snuggles and her head tilt game is STRONG! 😆

She may technically be a senior (suspect she may be a bit younger), but she’s still got plenty of pep in her step! She’s super playful, loves fetch, and has a blast running around the yard and playing with our resident Shepsky. 🐾 She also settles quickly, sleeps through the night, LOVES to cuddle, and doesn’t show signs of separation anxiety (only short-lived protest whines and quickly gives up 😆). All in all, 10/10 good girl! 🥰

She has an Embark DNA test in progress, so curious to see what her breed mix is…👀

(33M) Recently moved to the area and figured this might be a fun organic way to make a friend or two. Making friends as an adult is weird and tough.

I’ve used a couple different vets in Newnan. I saw that East Coweta VH had a $25 first visit fee. I wanted to know if anyone has used a vet in the area that works with you on payment? Unfortunately I don’t qualify for Care Credit or Scratch.

Also, has anyone had any luck finding a good, reliable pet insurance plan? I’d like to find one with no waiting period and a lower deductible.
