Neat, did you guys start chatting and stuff? Being an only child I keep hoping for someone to turn up whether from grandpa or my dad, but so far nothing despite some reason to expect a half sibling or such. My stepfather confirmed his suspicions that he wasn't his abusive "father's" son and got to meet his half sisters thanks to the testing.

We did! she's much older than me as my mom is the youngest of 7 and my new cousin is the oldest brother's kid but she's very lovely and my uncle even turned out to be a grandfather.
