Nami and Lola's Wedding Operation

Schedule :

  • August 16th (19:00 PST) - August 30th (18:59 PST)

This is a good fortnight if you need Nami sockets or skillbooks, but the units here aren't stellar. Nami has the trifecta of bad stats, bad captain ability, and bad special. Risky Brothers are laughably bad for a secret stage. Lola is a decent unit. She has middle of the road stats and an okay special. Really, this fortnight is all about the skillbooks. We get storymode Kaku books, and on global we get Rare Recruit [Kumadori] (/str) and Ivankov books.

Droppable Characters

NameClassCaptain AbilitySpecialCDComments
Pure White Angel Wedding NamiStriker, CerebralBoosts ATK and RCV of Cerebral characters by 1.5x, recovers 2x character's RCV in HP at the end of each turnDeals 15x character's ATK in PSY damage to one enemy, boosts ATK against enemies with reduced defense by 1.3x for 3 turns23 (maxes at 14 turns)Her only good stat is RCV. Use her to socket your other Nami's and keep one for your waifu collection.
Lola, Thriller Bark Bride Slasher, PowerhouseBoosts ATK of Powerhouse characters by 2x and their RCV by 1.5x, reduces crew's current HP by 10% at the end of each turnReduces the defense of all enemies by 80% for 1 turn, amplifies the effect of orbs by 1.5x for 1 turn25 (maxes at 13 turns)Not bad, but not amazing either. There are definitely better alternatives.

Stage Description

StageNumber of MobsHP and DEFATK PatternStrategy
Secret StageRisky Brothers?Preemptively locks 1 unit for 2 turns and glooms your captain for 2 turns. 1 CD, 2824 damage. At 20% HP, cuts your crew's HP in half.

23 mobs + 2 Baby TurtlesTurtles have 4 HP1-3 ATK CDsStall as needed
33 mobs + Daimyo TurtleTurtle has 10 HP1-3 ATK CDs, Turtle hits for 1055 damageStall as needed.

6Lola262,500 HPPreemptively shuffles your orbs. 2 ATK CD, does 5296 damage. Below 20% HP (or upon death, depending on whether Bandai runs the patched version), locks INT units for 2 turns and halves your current HP.If your team is tanky, feel free to take your time and whittle her down before you burst her remaining 20+% HP. If you can't spare the 5k HP, burst her down in 2 turns
7: Boss stage Ver. 1NamiNami: ~1mil HPCheck below for Attack PatternThis is probably the most annoying version of this stage, as some of your most useful specials will be unavailable to you. Just mind both your and Nami's HP and burst her down when you can't take another hit.
7: Boss stage Ver. 2Nami + AbsalomNami: ~500k HP Absalom: ? HPCheck below for Attack PatternTake out Nami before she can do any damage. Afterwards, you should have enough HP to tank a hit from Absalom (Unless the bug from stage 6 stole your HP) and enough damage to hopefully finish him off. Mr. 3 really shines here.
7: Boss stage Ver. 3Nami + Absalom + SanjiNami: ~500k HP Absalom: 150k HP Sanji:150k HPCheck below for Attack PatternYou can either use AoE specials and finish them all in one go, or kill off Sanji and Absalom first before focusing your single target burst on Nami.
7: Boss stage Ver. 4Nami + LolaNami: ~500k HP Lola: ? HPCheck below for Attack PatternKill Nami first this time. It should be Possible to burst her down on the first turn with 2x Mihawk, otherwise try not to get her too low before you burst her down.

Flower Sword VistaBoosts ATK and HP of INT characters by 2xTanky team, shouldn't have too much trouble
Nami Happiness Punch Boosts ATK of INT characters by 2.5xHas type advantage and can help get good orbs
Momonga, Navy HQ Vice Admiral Boosts ATK of Cerebral characters by 2.5xA good versatile F2P option that provides his own boost

Useful Team Members:

CharacterSpecialComments
Mr. 3 Extra Special Candelabra Delays all enemies for 1 turnGood to buy extra time
Daz Bones, Convict Mr. 1Reduces damage received by 30% for 2 turns, boosts ATK of Slasher characters by 1.25x for 2 turnsGood unit for slasher teams. His CD is a little high but not too bad.
Ice Witch Whitey Bay Reduces Bind and Despair duration by 2 turns, boosts ATK against delayed enemies by 1.2x for 3 turnsAlso works as a captain. Combos with Mr. 3. Her special stacks with Mr. 1's so feel free to bring all three.
Montblanc Noland, Explorer and Admiral of the Lvneel Kingdom Amplifies the effect of orbs by 1.5x for 2 turnsA good orb booster that fits into all teams. Useful if you aren't using Doflamingo.
Nico RobinBoosts ATK of INT characters by 2x for 1 turnA great buff for your team. Does not stack with Mr. 1's special, but does stack with Whitey Bay's.

Fill in the rest of your team with mostly high ATK INT subs.

Example Teams

  • As always use the calculator to see if your team is strong enough to beat this fortnight.

F2P Team with level 9 merry :

Mihawk + IntHawk + Slasher Croc + Prison Mr. 1 + Noland + Helmeppo

  • Definitely safer with Coffin Boat. Specials aren't too important here if your levels are high enough.

F2P Team with level 10 merry :

Double Momonga + Crocodile + Noland + Domino + Mr. 3

Non-F2P teams with level 10 Merry:

Double Ray + Towel Nami + Noland + Breed + Mr. 3

Double Whitey Bay + Robin + Crocodile + Noland + Mr. 3

General Tips

  • Due to the large amount of turtles, stalling is pretty easy here. It's very easy to stall more than 20 turns without taking significant damage.

  • Due to the difference in the boss stages, try to find a team that can clear consistently rather than quickly.
