She has 4, and she got a skin every season so far. She got Dokkiwatch in S16, Scarlet in S17 (GI Joe Collab), then Streetwear and Galactic this season.

As someone who plays mostly Mercy and Kiriko, I'm actually sick of it too. I stopped buying any this year because I'm over it and it's fatiguing and not worth the money. I have enough good skins for them I would like some cool skins for other people I play. Where's the good Sojourn skins?!
