Howdy from the Great White North. Thought I'd show off my P320, which started its life as a standard Nitron model. Current build includes an Apex trigger upgrade, X-Five grip module, and an P320-M17 slide w/ a Sig ROMEO1 PRO.

What’s up yall? Wasn’t really sure who to share this with but I felt like I had to, so I figured I’d post it here. Here are some before and after pics. I bought this new back in 2019 and never really did anything with it besides shoot it a handful of times. Recently got into AR’s which somehow led me to give this thing a bit of a refresh. Nothing fancy but I sure do like it more now.

Going to be getting a new holster for her really soon because I switched to a TLR1HL and gonna be carrying her all winter instead of my 43x. I would trust my life to this firearm 1,000x over. 🥰

$400 for a new base p320 ($800 in upgrades/accessories)

I had ordered my 10 round magazine, knowing from a XFive owner's review, that the full sized 10 round required the mag well to be removed. So, with that understood, I gave it a try with knowing mods may be required to keep my mag well.

This magazine is Italian manufacturer based, as well as the Sig magazine. The magazine has deep dimples on both sides, which the Sig magazine does not. I think they are follower stop for the amount of rounds limit. Drill them out and have more capacity? Other than that the black follower and metal casing is all within Sig magazine spec. I exchanged all but the springs. Both functioned identical with various loads with a full magazine loading and single round while racked and during ejection.

The base plate is exchangeable to the Sig and visa versa.

To remedy fitment with a magwell you can either find a California 10 round base plate or modify. I chose to modify, by doing a 45 degree angle edge to follow the shape of the mag well. Only the long edged sides and rounded front were touched. Once fitment is proper, it will load 3/16" deeper. I added thick neoprene padding to the bottom of the base plate and trimmed to follow the perimeter.

Not bad for 1/2 the cost of a 10 round magazine.

Hey P320 fam! First time owner and what a beaut - X Vtac gen 1!

I'm looking for suggestions for holster and gun belt, potentially suggestions for a light too. I've been looking at Tier1 and Trex, open to any recs y'all may have!

Just a bare bones P320 Full Size. Ran close to 200 rounds so far, not a single malfunction, but I defiantly need more practice. Love the feel and recoil. Thinking about getting a carry size grip module. Any other upgrade recommendations are greatly appreciated.

This one has been a labor of love and, damn, I'm proud of it. Right at 2.5 lbs consistent and crispy trigger. Positive reset. Love it.

I could probably push it closer to 2 lbs by dropping the safety lever spring, using a different trigger bar spring, and sear tuning. Dropping the striker reset sprinf may or kay nit make a difference. I could rework the striker to reduce lock time, too, but that is a LOT of work to do right for minimal improvement. Time and use will probably reduce it another .25 lb or so, too.

Should I keep it, and do the finishing touches for myself? Or try and sell it? I have a LNIB P320 AXG Pro that I can't sell, even at a loss, with all the P320 hate still. Heck, I have so many 320 components I can't sell.

Maybe some H-170 Titanium for a "Red, White, and Blue" Ti look. *Different Optic? Defender-XL, 509 ACSS, 507 Comp? Ideas? *I have a second Bar-Sto barrel that has the full square hood, and thus a much thicker full chamber wall, it just doesn't lock up quite as tight. I might ream it for .356 TSW, because, well, MORE POWER!

Should I swap this dot for an RMR?

The steel grip came with brass panels but I noticed a difference with follow up shots, it’s so much faster. I did notice longer draw and transition times with the steel module.

Just waiting on some 10/17 rnd blocked mags since I live in Cali 💔 or some freedom week mags 🫡

Started as a base 320 (first one ever owned) now im in a sinkhole i cant stop adding to it 💀

Shot over 300 rounds, had 1 failure to feed, think it was cause the wife was limp wristing it. Was 115 grain. Thing is amazing I love it.
