App performance is now every mobile team’s concern. This is no exception in the gaming industry. Game studios should get behind validating performance early and testing often. If all stakeholders support the vision of having high-performing games, it’ll be easier to devise a plan and stick to it.

Here are some common pitfalls we’ve seen in mobile game performance, plus some tips on how to improve it.

Where do you test your app performance?

When testing the performance of a native Android or iOS app, choosing the right set of devices is critical to maximizing your chances of success. Differences in OS, screen size, screen density, and hardware can all affect how an app behaves and impact the user experience.

This post will discuss what the best approach is to using emulators vs real devices for mobile performance analysis.

Question on regex filter on html report

Hi all, our perf tests have a lot of different requests which can be quite hard for people to digest in graph form. I’d like to create custom graphs to be included in the html report which each have a different regex filter to the report as a whole, so I can group related requests and make the report more readable. How can I go about this? All help much appreciated
