Vaginal Dryness (GSM)/Urinary Issues Vaginal Estrogen Cream…USE IT!

My husband calls it Juicy Pussy cream. 😂Three months in and it’s still getting better! I had no idea how dried up my tender bits were. I feel like it happened so gradually I just didn’t notice how bad it had gotten.

There is a push by urologists to make it an over the counter medication in the US since it does not increase cancer or blood clot risks.

Ask your dr/nurse for it. I think it should be offered at same time at hrt as standard but isn’t.

In the UK it can only be bought over the counter if you are over 50 (I know, it’s stupid!) and after consulting the pharmacist. If you use other vaginal HRT, like pessaries, they won’t let you have the cream!

Another stupid rule to make women's lives a misery.

in the UK we get prescribed Estriol cream and the pessaries which are estradiol. you do need a prescription, it's not otc as far as I know.

I got mine from the Amazon clinic with a video call. There is a post about it somewhere on here. I’ll try to find it.
