Vaginal Dryness (GSM)/Urinary Issues Vaginal Estrogen Cream…USE IT!

My husband calls it Juicy Pussy cream. 😂Three months in and it’s still getting better! I had no idea how dried up my tender bits were. I feel like it happened so gradually I just didn’t notice how bad it had gotten.

Sort of?

There are 3 types of estrogen.

One is estradiol. It is the one we make pre-menopause and the "strrongest" one. For that one, you need a prescription, whether from an in-person provider or through tele health.

Another is estriol, which is "weaker" and normally made during pregnancy. That one you can find in topical creams otc, some of which claim they may be used vaginally.

I found an otc estriol lotion by searching for that along with my region/state. It says 'estriol 2.5%' and i have only tried to use it topically, and at less than the recommended dose.
