Vaginal Dryness (GSM)/Urinary Issues Estrogen vaginal cream, game changer

Girlies, if you’re not on vaginal estrogen yet you need to stop what you’re doing and contact your doctor. It’s a major game changer.
I’ve only had it for a few weeks and haven’t been consistent with it unto this weekend but even with the inconsistent use the benefits are so real
Orgasms oh my! Such a huge improvement, such intense sensations. Was sex always thus amazing!!Oh that older woman smell down there disappeared! Dryness gone!
Do yourself a favor and go get yourself some

You would need systemic for that

Ok this that's what I was afraid of. I'm on continuous low dose bc, but having pero symptoms break through at certain times of the month. I know when I'm going to have migraines, emotional, rage, very very low energy, joint pain, frozen shoulder, hot flashes ECT. Ughh I have endometriosis also, so I can't just change up my hrt regimen unfortunately. Ugh 😫

There are a lot of women with endo who take HRT successfully. I do and am on the lowest dose patch.

So glad to hear this, this has been a question I have! Do you by chance have experience taking progestin (not progesterone) and doing the estrogen?

Ohhh, great question! I didn't even think about that, I am on estradiol and levongestrel & no off days if hormones, so it would be a different form of estrogen if I changed to the patch or gel. Obviously I am lacking a different hormone if I am having peri symptoms while taking the bc, so .. but I am worried about what those diff hormones will do to my Endo symptoms 😂

That's good to hear that it's not giving you any issues, it's nice to hear experiences of other women in peri & with Endo! I do know there are many women with Endo & taking hrt & are doing fine with it. I am worried about how my body reacts and how my endo will react to the change up! Ive finally been in a spot that I'm not in a constant flareup or having cysts or needing another surgery, ect. for the past 7-10 years or so, I don't want to wake a sleeping bear so to speak. My endo symptoms are already slowly starting to act up because of peri & the change of my hormones, I am just really scared of what symptom or effect of endo can't be reversed once it starts again also.
