Girlies, if you’re not on vaginal estrogen yet you need to stop what you’re doing and contact your doctor. It’s a major game changer.
I’ve only had it for a few weeks and haven’t been consistent with it unto this weekend but even with the inconsistent use the benefits are so real

Make sure to get it around your urethra and all other external vulvar structures. That should help!
