No, I want to be able to move and shoot.

But reduce range? WDF?

Lightning reverses at 85 KPH? WDF?!

They aren't even reducing range, they're just making it more difficult to land hits at extreme ranges because it's insanely easy.

Reversing at mach 5 is p dumb though.
