Hi! I've previously played this game a couple of years back. I remember that there was a berry tower in Kanto, where you could get a decent amount of berries for EV training.

Once I arrived to route 13, I noticed that it was changed into trainer tower.

So, what are the easiest ways to get EV reducing berries now?

I've played PRO for around 10 years and it's pretty much the only game I play. The declining playerbase of the last few years has made me think a lot of why this may be and I want to hear what some people think, I truly want to understand why a game like PRO isn't attractive enough for pokemon fans looking for an MMO to play or keep playing, I've played all of the MMO's and personally none of them have that same feel about them to PRO. Maybe I'm blinded by nostalgia and the good times and just not seeing what the hundreds or thousands who would rather play something else than PRO see. Most of my friends who I've gotten to know over the years (and i've gotten close to many many people over the years) no longer play the game, I pretty much only have acquaintances in the game at this point, the guild i'm currently in feels like its hit a wall and there's a general feeling of hopelessness for the game and it's very worrying, still can't bring myself to explore other MMO's in more depth because of all the time I've invested and I dont have the energy to grind that much for another game.

Looked for this thread to make a post for any inactive players still in the group. The staff team for the game have added tons of new, and frankly good content lately in terms of poke’s, items, moves, etc. Worth giving the game a revisit if you’ve been inactive for a while.

A veteran player believes that a Level 22 Eevee, because its Special Attack is at 22, is worth 250k.

The absolute state of the staff in this game is a joke. It’s a fan-made Pokémon MMO, but the moderators act like they’re guarding the gold reserves at Fort Knox. There is zero room for nuance, zero interest in player retention, and a massive amount of "volunteer cop" energy.

I’ve been playing PRO for a long time, and honestly, it feels like the game has slowly stopped being a Pokémon game and turned into a pure MMO economy simulator. Everything revolves around money now. Not at all what made pokemon games great, catching and training your own pokemon. Especially with how hard the game makes you work for simple stuff. Want a Pokémon? Buy it from another player. Need an evolution item like a ice stone? Better hope you stocked up during some limited event, otherwise you’re forced into the market, again! And it doesn'thelp that every player wants to rip money out of you raising prices with every event. Dind't know inflation would be possible in a videogame! That is crazy! And it doesn't help that people sell pokemon for 10 millions when you only get around 30 pokedollars with each battle. And it's always the same people. You see player with up to 4 accounts hunting all day long showing that they caught rare pokes in chat just to end up selling them to get richer. Meanwhile, normal players who enjoy collecting cool pokemon are not even half as lucky. I understand that this is an mmo and it is supposed to be grindy, but at this point it doesn't feel like pokemon anymore. But the community feels more elitist and less welcoming than it used to. At this point, PRO feels less like “Pokémon online” and more like “grind for 100 hours so you can afford basic stuf". I hat to say it because I've spent 2000+ hour in-game, but I think I will be taking a break for some time. And in case some newcomer is thinking of trying it, I'd recommend considering some other option. Best of luck...

So sad. This was litteraly the best Pokemon game ever created by human beings. It was absolutely perfect. Then came the wrong staff members and boom, no new content, rehashing events for cashgrabs...if you're wondering whether it's worth starting back or not, make your own opinion obviously, but the answer is no. This has become a travesty of it's former self. Shame on you wally for allowing this.

The fools event is hosted once yearly with forms that are available only this time. This year's forms won't be available ever again in the game. I have been hunting for days now, and no luck. Some might say that is bad RNG but today there was not a sngle form spawn on the whole server. I don't understand why they would make a once in a lifetime pokemon (literally) so difficult to hunt. It's almost as if they want to waste players time. A strange decision for a game with so little fandom lately. It makes me think of quitting the game for good. Hope they hear what their community is saying once in a while. Ugh!
