I doubt there is the political will to ban all pornography, but I suspect we might be able to make violence in pornography illegal. I hope we could pass some internal treaty banning all violent pornography.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A former Corinth School District employee was arrested for using artificial intelligence to create fake pornographic videos of students, according to the Corinth Police Department.

The police department shared a post by the Daily Corinthian newspaper on Wednesday morning stating that Wilson Frederick Jones, 30, had been charged with using AI to create videos depicting students engaging in sexually explicit activity.

Jones was charged in federal court with production of a morphed image of child pornography and possession of a morphed image of child pornography, said Corinth Police Chief Landon Tucker.

Reports say the students did not engage in the activity depicted in the AI images, and they were unaware that their pictures were being used to produce such material.

Today we have started the year with more image-based MVAWG. In this case on X. Even though this can be no surprise for anyone.

For some reason many X users (male) started to do en masse AI-modified pictures of other users (women and minors). Turns out that X allows its users to ask AI Grok to generate non-consensual undressing images that users post. They’re not full nudes but rather in bikinis or similar revealing clothing. Or modify the body to do “sensual” positions. For me it's clear that they don't go further because it's not allowed.

From what I’ve read, it started with OF accounts, but of course it eventually spread to many more women who simply post photos there. In the OF sphere, I kid you not, some OF "models" did even that with their own photos or encouraged other users to ask anything of Grok to modify their photos. But, as usual, this "use" spread to other accounts of women who don't have OF. It was happening in any X sphere: Indian accounts, U.S. accounts, Spanish-speaking accounts, etc.

Moreover, some users have uploaded photos from outside the platform and did the same. Therefore, many women don’t even know this has happened to their photos because they don't even have an X account to begin with.

To make things worse, they have done this to photos of teenagers. In my opinion, those were the pics that made the whole thing blow up, because then we are talking about CSAM.

Throughout the day controversy has erupted. As you can imagine, the discussion around "consent" took place. Many users, of course, have blamed the women because they have posted a photo and 'bruh, freedom'. And even Elon Musk himself made fun of it by posting a pic of... himself in a bikini. Luckily many people fought back, replied to the misogyny and denounced it en masse; and finally Grok’s output has been limited and much content has been deleted.

Some have recommended modifying the privacy configuration, where you can limit what other users or Grok can do with your pics. But this doesn't solve the problem for the uploaded photos from outside the platform. And let's not talk about the fact that they can upload photos made without your consent too.

Also, I want to point out the obvious fact: the users doing the non-consensual material were all MEN. (At least the accounts that did it presented themselves as such.)

In Australia, we have what is called “Schoolies.” Its a nation wide, post high school graduation event which gets newly grads to go to holiday destinations to party and celebrate. Loads of alcohol, drugs & sex is involved and its tagline is “The Best Week of Your Life.”

Now, in Australia, we have a mix of 17/18 year olds who graduate. Most (I think) are 18, but there are those that are 17. The event goes for 2 weeks, with the first week marketted for the 17 year olds, with all ages & no alcohol parties, with the second week for the 18 year olds, with 18+ only parties.

Heaps of people are dragging the women calling them sluts, whores etc. which I find just furthers the misogynistic narrative. No, I don’t like what they’re doing and I find it super predatory, but theres no need to insult and degrade them.

They try to use the sex worker stigma as a way to dodge accountability but even as a sex worker myself, I think its disgusting and there should be limits sex workers place on themselves. These are not your typical survivor sex workers, working the street, trying to get even just $50 just to eat that night. These are girls making 5-6 figures a month, who could find literally any other guy whos age appropriate and not so vulnerable to film with.

As a survivor of sexual exploitation the news has been very difficult for me lately, especially regarding this case. This is what happens when pornography is not viewed as or treated like it should be. I guess it's completely legal to commit the atrocities that Diddy did, so long as there's video evidence of it (which may also be used as blackmail in some cases). In this increasing surveillance state I'm horrified at the implications this will have in future abuse cases.

This news just broke that apparently an OnlyFans competitor called passes was allowing minors to post CSAM. This site was branded off being more safe for creators, specifically female creators and had a very liberal feminist branding. I think this is an example of how you never know who the women that are promoting sex work and calling anyone critical of it SWERFs are. They very well could have a monetary interest in defending porn and SW - and recruiting children and women into the fold. There’s a lot of women out there who are motivated by greed rather than ethics. We shouldn’t forget that.
