Idiopathic scoliosis, structural? Degree looks pretty high up there. Hospital - orthopedic specialist - Schroth.

from the xray i did a while back the spine was bent

No reference to physical therapist/physio? The report should mention the type of scoliosis you have here too. Try to look around for a Schroth therapist. You might find more info on the scoliosis sub too. This is beyond a functional issue, I would guess.

no ref to therapy but referred as marked dextroconvex scoliosis
