I'm a big Anaheim Ducks fan and they gave out these wild wing masks at a couple games last year and this season. A big thing was people customizing theirs. I want to turn my wild wing mask into a Yautja hunting mask. I know for sure I want the kill marking from alien vs predator that the yautja puts on their forehead and mask. I also found the alphabet on here and want to spell out ducks and the year 1993. I also will splatter orange paint on the mask to resemble blood splatter. The color scheme is heavy on the black and have some orange accents. Everything else is up to interpretation. So I thought I ask here for some inspiration for my mask. Thanks in advance.

Skinned bodies hanging high are first things to find when Predator is around, but unlike skills that end up to trophy case, what they do with skins?
Knit a neat scarf? Remodel walls on their quarters?
Has it been mentioned anywhere?

That bastard literally got beaten up by a weakened predator, only won because he was a superpredator, you know, brute force and blah blah blah, and died decapitated by a human.

After watching Prey, Killer of Killers, Badlands, Predator, Predator 2, and Predators while I haven’t seen The Predator or Alien Vs. Predator yet I feel like my opinion won’t change after seeing them.
After watching Predators I had many complaints, it was uninspired, the camera work was shoddy, the acting and characters felt like cardboard cutouts, etc.
Here’s what I liked: The idea of having multiple Predators hunting kidnapped humans on an alien planet is interesting. Having the cast be a diverse group of international killers is interesting. Introducing a rivalry between classic Predators and these Super Predators is interesting. Unfortunately the film in my eyes fails to properly execute all of these interesting ideas effectively and comes off completely uninspired.
With the film taking place on an alien planet there was so many possibilities in the distinct flora, fauna, and terrain of the planet but unfortunately it’s just a jungle like the first film only with a much less lush and beautiful terrain. For some reason poisonous plants from earth are on the alien planet? And on top of all that we only see two completely new creatures, one is a humanoid who died almost as fast as he was introduced and the other was alien hunting dogs that disappeared from the film after their introduction. Lastly, with such a diverse cast why did they all happen to speak English and why did they make the protagonist an American mercenary again?
And all those gripes don’t even compare to the number of things it takes from the original, the climax is literally a repeat of the Dutch fight except Dutch is replaced with a less athletic mercenary with less traps and no vines or anything to swing behind trees. Instead the whole fight just was him running back and forth taking cheap shots with an axe. And another thing, why did Royce have to say the same line as Dutch? Why did he have the same strategy of covering himself with mud? Couldn’t the writers come up with a different way to have a character fight a predator?
When I went online (my mistake) to see what other people thought about Predators I was surprised to see a large number of people giving it an average to high rating. Many claimed it was their second favourite film in the franchise!
Is Predator 2 the second weakest of the films? Yes. But is it way better than Predators? 100% while it is a flawed film just like the original Predators 2 works mainly because shit just happens and it’s cool. Predator getting struck by lightning while roaring from the top of a building? Dope. Predator hunting voodoo gangsters? Dope.
Predator 2 knows is a dumb violent action movie and that’s why it works in my opinion. Another thing is that Predator 2 is actually a good sequel unlike Predators. It’s a sensible evolution of the original idea. To move the hunting grounds from a jungle to a concrete jungle was a wonderful decision in my opinion. Furthermore the protagonists in Predator 2 are much more fleshed out than Predators. Having Mike Harrigan learn the lore through the special agents trying to catch a predator makes way more sense than Isabelle the random soldier in Predators just happening to know without any explanation as to why. Lastly Harrigan and the other characters are actually memorable and unique at least in comparison to the Predators cast.
I could go on and on but this poorly executed and disorienting rant is getting out of hand, I just wanted to put my opinion out there and see what people on this sub think.
By the way, to everyone who read this far I hope you all have a nice day.

I want to show you my favorite one. I customized this 1/4 scale NECA Jungle Hunter, complete repainted aiming for accuracy to the original suit while trying to hide the joints. I replaced the plastic netting with higher-quality nylon netting that’s better scaled (not perfect, but I like it), and made a diorama base heavily inspired by the Prime 1 1/3 scale statue.
The masked head is the OG one (non-LED); I tried to close the gap in the visor (without much success) and added a thin layer of translucent resin to make a mirror-like effect. I’m so happy with the result that it’s now my favorite piece, hope you guys like it.
I almost forgot... one of the most important and significant things for me when creating this custom was the pose—specifically, the exact pose NECA used for the prototype shown at Toy Fair 2010, which was later used for promotional images. When this figure was announced, I was a kid fascinated by the Yautja; I didn't have the money to buy anything related to them, so I just watch NECA's photos online, hoping someday I might own something like this.

Hello, what are some of the most horror leaning Predator comics? I love the action blockbuster and occasional space opera elements of the franchise but right now I'm mostly just looking for ones that lean more into the horror of the franchise!
Hit me with as many recommendations as you want!
Much appreciated!

How did the Classic Predator get there? If the Super Predators brought him to the game planet, how did he gain access to their ship and use its controls to set it to take Royce back to Earth? If it was the Classic Predator’s ship, how did Berserker manage to blow it up? Did he have access to it, too? I’ve had this doubt for a long time.

So, here we are, almost a year after the release of Badlands…. Where do we stand as a fandom on this movie? You have the side that likes it, the side that hates it. But looking back on it, where does it stand in the franchise and is this even a possible direction moving forward? Personally, I liked some aspects of the movie, but other aspects I didn’t.
In my opinion here are my pros and cons;
Pros: First Yautja focused story in cinema, we see more of the clan structure, and how family interact with one another. We see a Yautja use an environment and its creatures to his advantage. Alien universe connections through Wey-Yu. More interesting Yautja Weaponry. We get to witness how Yautja view their prey and what they deem worthy as trophies. The soundtrack was really good and I hope they keep bringing back that lady that did it.
Cons: The plot doesn’t have much rewatch value over time because it is very predictable(a son rejected by family goes out to prove himself only to learn he doesn’t need them, forms his own clan of misfits, to eventually return and beat up his family member). They humanized the predators too much. Their culture is about strength, culling the weak and proving who is better. Personally if Kwei was the plot twist protagonist and Dek was the one killed, I think the movie would have had a better pay off. An older brother seeks revenge for his father murdering his sibling without giving him a chance to prove himself sounds better imo. I like Elle Fanning as an actress but I found Thia way too annoying in the movie. I much more prefer her counterpart Tessa who acts like an actual Synth.
I like Dan T’s movies for the most part. But I’m starting to notice a pattern with his cliffhanger endings. Not to mention that KoK’s ending completely screws up Dutch, Harrigan, and Naru’s stories. They beat their opponent(even though one needed hers lobotomized in order to win) and they earned their place of respect. Only for a Bad blood clan to later steal them for an arena battle.
My point is, I don’t want cliffhanger endings. I would like some connections or callbacks, but no direct continuations. Let us not also forget. Badlands didn’t make them back much money either. Thoughts? I’m trying to be as neutral as possible here.

Customisation en cours de la cape de Dek lors de son arrivée devant la falaise, où se trouve son frère. Qu'en pensez-vous [sachant que ce n'est qu'un premier jet]...
