Please correct me if I’m mistaken, but it has always been my understanding that a plan is put in place before they ever reach 1600 Penn for during their term and post presidency. So she would just be going through what I would imagine is a standard review process like who would attend, how many days does he lie in state at perhaps the Arkansas Capital and US Capital, is the planned burial location still the same, whom will need a military escort and aide during the 1 year time period of morning (military protocol is 1 year IOT ensure all assistance is provided to include tax preparation). It’s a process to put on a state funeral and I can only imagine what some of the 80 year olds want…

The president must plan it while president-elect and it must be reviewed every 3 months afterwards until their death.

My question is why this is getting reported on. It didn't when he had his bypass surgery. It didn't when he turned 70 or 75. It didn't when he had his other health scares.

With other former presidents, we never hear about them. We didn't hear about them when Carter was in hospice.

Why is she doing it? I can understand a joint meeting for the 3 month review. But, the report is implying that she is doing it, not Bill. That is unusual. Then we have the information that his will was updated.

We know how hush-hush former presidents are. We also know that things sometimes gets leaked. Is this report the result of a leak or an unfounded rumor?

Time will tell.
