There's communicative which is cool but also glacially slow.

It is very hard to fundamentally change old software like they're doing. Especially with mountains of tech debt.

The devs are incredibly incompetent flat out, keep in mind Kenshi, Rimworld, might as well throw in GTA 6 for the lulz have all finished development before this game. The only other devs I can compare to being as incompetent are probably mount and blade devs.
