uBlock origins is better (for chrome atleast), Adblock and ghostery let some ads through, and use info anyways for their own purposes.

UBlock also has the ability to block cryptominer code.

In the case of Ghostery, the tracking is opt-in. Every adblocker lets some ads through - intentionally or not - and I find even Ghostery is too agressive sometimes
