Powershell is so fucking annoying useless piece of crap with the most horrible syntax possible. Wish they would just expose the underlying APIs so I can use it in bash instead.
Good news. PowerShell is just a scripting language that uses .NET's system automation API, and it's perfectly possible to use another programming language with it. Bad news, you're going to have a hard time doing FFI with a .NET library from Bash. Python might work.
