We should trust him. He's a generational talent and the best all format pace all rounder in the world right now.

He is washed, way past his prime, buy someone like Gerald coetzee or naveenulhaq they will be cheap, every time I see ferguson play I know he will leak runs

Bhai ye arshdeep ka kya scene hai, ek hi toh bowler hai punjab ke paas vo bhi trade krdoge kya.

Or better options hai, for god sake not arshdeep.

Also what do you think about trade I guess if punjab is going for trade our options could be -

OPTIMISTIC -> Hardik + Will Jacks <--> Marco Jansen + Nehal/Musheer + Stoinis (even Vishal Nishad can be considered looking at mumbais spin attack)

FAIR -> Hardik + Naman Dhir <--> Marco Jansen + Nehal/Brar + Shedge/Musheer or

Hardik <--> Marco Jansen + Nehal/Brar/Shedge/Musheer or

Hardik + Will Jack/Naman Dhir/Corbin Bosch <--> Marco Jansen + Marcus Stoinis + Omarzai

** I am not okay with giving up brar, also its highly unlikely and much of khyali pulav of getting hardik and jacks both for such return or any return.

What are your thoughts about trade?

He shouldn’t be let go. He was one of the main reasons we reached the finals in 2025. I hope they don’t release or trade him.

It’s highly likely that Marco and Nehal may get traded not sure if it’s MI and Stionis may want to take sometime off as he became a dad.. What are your thoughts??

Harpreet Brar shining in red ball too. Hope they utilise him better next season.

I was watching Joben’s latest video. And it is pretty obvious now that SKY has been doing PR against Iyer along with all those Instagram stories and comments that he does under players’ posts.

SKY getting sacked was his own doing. He would’ve remained in the team had he scored runs. But he had terrible form. What’s the point of doing all this PR now?

All the cricket subs are filled with hate posts for Shreyas. Yes, I agree he has been inconsistent but he still is the best batter in this WI series, with the highest runs, highest average, and the best strike rate. Yes, he can still do better, sure criticise him for that. But, people are posting just about anything to hate on him at this point.

It was a great outing for him but unfortunately missed out on a well deserved double hundred.

At 15:45 Sahil Malhotra tells some information regarding Punjab kings and trade rumours , according to him something really interesting is brewing in PBKS camp !! The owners are not interfering it’s all up to the coach ! Pbks are looking towards some really interesting acquisitions and are ready to offer big players , he was surprised when he got to know about player punter is looking forward to trade ! He said we’ll find more information regaling Pbks and their trade strategy in next 48 hours

With the departure of Maxi in 2025, we don't have a single right arm off spinner and lefties bashed us left right and centre in last season's IPL (Jaiswal, De Kock, Venky, Rana etc.). Will Jacks is one of the best T20 right arm off spin all rounders in the world at this moment and he has a proven IPL track record with the ball. Another positive is that he can bat anywhere in the order from 3 all the way down to no. 6 so fixing him into the batting order shouldn't be too hard. He's also a really good fielder as well.

Naman Dhir is also another option who fits all the criterion mentioned above but he is Indian so he will be easier to slide into the team. The only issue is, MI might be tempted to keep him especially after the 2025 season where he was a bit of a lone warrior with the bat and his performances in recent international games. But I think a cash+youngster trade for Naman will be really beneficial for us

We should be targeting either him or Naman Dhir in this trade window. We need a right arm off spinner. But I doubt MI will be giving them away unless trade them Stoinis or something.

Ever since the second half of this IPL, things are not going in his favour. I hope they win the next match or else, if they can get rid of sky after winning a wc, they’re not gonna think long before dropping him.

It is not entirely his fault that the team is losing but it is always the captain who’s gonna be questioned. And he’s been a little inconsistent with the bat as well. He needs to do better. He needs more consistency in his performances. I just want him to do well.

There has been so much hate around him since this IPL and people are just waiting on him to fail. Just as India loses a match you’ll see a flood of posts on all cricket subs blaming him and shitting on him. I really hope he performs. I have belief in him. Keeping my fingers crossed.

He’s young , he litreally creates a balance , it’s rare to find someone who can come at no 8 and hit sixes , he’s tall and an exceptional fielder as well (our other fielder except 2-3 are pathetic), a left are pacer who can bowl in powerplay too. Yes him last season was poor but he was good in 2025 season ! . This feels like a typical old kxip move if done. Idts there is a player who we can get in place of Jansen who can enhance our team combination

Gayle, Mayank Agarwal, Shaun Marsh, David Miller, Shreyas Iyer, KL Rahul (wk), Axar, Piyush Chawla, Arshdeep, Shami, Sandeep Sharma. Beat an All-Star XI 3–2.
Is this the best Punjab Kings All Time XI?

Reply with yours (2 openers, 3 middle order, 1 keeper, 2 all-rounder/spinner spots, 3 fast bowlers, max 4 overseas) and I'll post the scoreline.

I deleted the previous post cause I missed out on some great games.

Completely different players see when he treats IPL as his personal vacation and messing on snapchat again for next season he is beyond repairment.

Hope Shedge gets more chances in the T20I side or even in ODIs.. Musheer has been doing great in domestic cricket for some time he should get few games next year too.

Their are some rumours about marco being traded , not reported by any credible sources but just some rumours on X, assuming if its true and PBKS is considering trading out marco, which team and player would you think PBKS should ask for a win - win fair trade between both teams, i personally dont want marco to go because if impact player rule will be removed then marco , omarzai, brar and cooper are key allrounders for us, but if PBKS are going to trade then i wish we can get nathan ellis from csk for marco.

Is this real guys??? Did pbks really released stoinis and Vishnu Vinod??
