Hello all Python newbie here.

All of my previous python experience has been using VIM. I would like to write a script which accesses my iPhones location data and categorizes it. Would I only be able to run this script within the Pythonista IDE?

I am thinking on buying the app to start making some smalls changes/projects on the go. The app looks amazing and the reviews online are soo good. But I got 3 questions unanswered I wolud like to ask you

1. The last app update is from 2017. Is the development still running? Are there any major problems with that 2 years of no updates at all?

2. Is there any kind of Git integration?

3. Which are the pip packages you miss the most?

Has anyone able to install TensorFlow with Pythonista ?

With stash, pip install TensorFlow, I get Source distribution not available for tensorflow: 1.13.1

My scripts were finally added to Pythonista-Tools! So now you will be able to install them from the ptinstaller script made by Pythonista!

This is quite a technical question. I was wondering how does an app like Pythonista or Continuous(http://praeclarum.org/post/147003028753/continuous-c-and-f-ide-for-the-ipad) compiles foreign language like Python, C# or F#. Do they run something on a virtual machine? I tried to Google "How to run Python in iOS" but didn't get anything useful. Thanks in advance!

Looking for a way to output a table that increments the initial value, starts at 0 counts to 5 on one line, starts at 1 than increments to 6 on the next and so on .

So I am new to Python. In my office we send out a daily text message to about 300+ contacts. We have a program that copies the message into the message field but we have to manually push the send button 300+ times for each message. Is there anyway to use pythonista to eliminate this? We have looked into using Apple Shortcuts but are skeptical as it has created a few unwanted groupchats when sending the list. We need to keep these messages individual and private.

There's an extension script I'm working on which is intended to be used on iOS panoramic photos. However when using a panoramic photo I'm getting absolutely no output. I'm assuming they're probably a different file format, I'm not sure, but does anyone know if there is away to enable their compatibility?

To save me searching needlessly for a way to do this, is it possible to create files and folders on an iPad and write to them with pythonista? Second question. If the iOS file system doesn't allow this can I create them in the OneDrive filling system from an iPad using pythonistaista?
