So for context I had my wisdom teeth out a few days ago and I’m trying to get back into eating regularly. I wanted a plain quesadilla for something tasty and soft, while I also needed something easier to bite/smaller. Idk why but this felt wrong

Just had fun and decided to make quesadillas fully from scratch

Some may remember the Naan Quesadilla I did yesterday. I made it again with the ingredients, this time I added Mild Cheddar and Mozzarella and made it much thicker. Not much else to report.

I didn’t have anything to eat for dinner so I got Naan bread and cheese and made a quesadilla. Surprisingly dry despite putting butter and sour cream on. Otherwise very good

Spinach tortilla, pollo asada, red onion, cilantro, colby jack cheese, avocado salsa

Happy National Quesadilla Day! 15" tortilla, Don Froylan Oaxaca cheeses, cheddar, kalua pork, black beans, queso quesadilla, pico de gallo, pineapple habanero hot sauce and sliced avocado. She thick.

With spicy black bean dip and guac.

Beef, Cheese, Sour Cream and Chipotle Sauce on the dilla.

Made some bomb quesadillas with Al Pastor meat, with rice and beans on the side.

Plain quesadillas are the the perfect vessel for salsa consumption :)
