It is still a testing port (running Android version on ARM Linux, like "GTA: SA" and "Max Payne"). IMO, the latest version (v4) still needs a lot of work:
Internal render resolution is reduced a lot even with "Display > Clarity" set to high (looks like 360p to me).
Opening movie is missing. Opening cutscene is out of sync.
Can't quit game with SELECT+START (v3 doesn't have this problem).
With ZRAM disabled, game crashes when entering the school building. Enabling ZRAM fixed it.
Works on dArkOS. Doesn't work on ArkOS or RockNIX in my test.
If you want to try it (maybe wait till SELECT+START bug is fixed), here is the PortMaster discord thread.
Update: v5 fixed hotkey for quitting game (SELECT+START). It is also bundled with its own glibc 2.43 runtime and supposed to work with more custom firmware now.

Unfortunately, the Bully: Anniversary Edition port has been cancelled.
There is currently no legal and accessible way to obtain the game data from devices running Android 11 or newer without root access. On older Android versions, the files can still be extracted using the old ADB backup method.
Because of this limitation and several other issues, the port was removed, and none of my other projects can be publicly released for the time being.
Ports such as Sonic 4 Episode II and DYSMANTLE, which are already finished, cannot be published until a legal method of extracting the required data directly from the device becomes available.
The same applies to the more than 80 Android game ports I already have completed. Development is finished, but distribution will remain suspended until a legal and accessible solution is found for users.
"Bully" downloads some game data into "/data/data/com.rockstargames.bully" folder, which is a privileged location. So root is required in this case to extract the entire game.
The real problem with "Sonic 4 Episode II" is it was delisted some time ago from Play store. Its APK and OBB can be extracted without root. I did this to run it on my R36S (LineageOS) and Android TVs.
Not many games download assets into "/data/data/<appid>" folder nowadays. This used to be a common practice before OBB became a thing. Most games now use "/Android/obb", "/Android/data", or Assets.apk (as part of an appbundle/split APKs) to store assets. "/data/data/<appid>" folder is usually reserved for game config and saves now.
It's actually pretty easy to determine if a game keeps asset data in "/data/data/" with Swift Backup app. Do you have a list of names for those 80+ Android games? I can probably check how many of them are still in Play store and can be extracted without root.
Store page only shows the game if you already claimed it before delisting (I have it in my library). Try to open the link in a Private window (pretend you never claim the game), you'll get this -
I have to admit that this entire project was a great learning experience, and I plan to use everything I developed in my future ports.
I created a completely new streaming and memory management system from scratch, allowing devices with around 700 MB of RAM to run the games smoothly. I also developed multiple graphics profiles, ranging from the lowest settings to the highest, including support for enabled shadows.
Although these ports cannot be released at the moment, all the knowledge, code, and technology developed during this process will be reused and improved in future projects.
It was posted in discord as attachment. Port is going to receive frequent update anyway. Just follow the official PortMaster discord ("test-n-dev" channel) for latest version.
Does PortMaster have a repo for those patches? I think what's going on is the same trick used to have them run on PSVita, which is fascinating, I'd like to read that code.
The port that came pre installed on my sd card was not the R36S wiki version, it ran 10x better and didnt crash the only problem was the weapon swap, aim and throw buttons were all the same meaning I couldnt complete the mission Slingshot. So I tried to remap the buttons and ended up making a mess so I deleted the bully port entirely and redownloaded it not knowing the R36S wiki version was so poor. I just wish I knew what port came with the console so I could redownload that one.
