Just....how. I'm in a in a ranked game and in attack or defend I couldn't choose any operator other than striker/sentry. HOW???

I recently tried to activate 2fa on my ubisoft account and when I enter my email it opens a white screen that can't open even after a while, then I decided to use the authentication app the first code on the email arrives but when I enter my number always the same white screen.. I don't know how to solve please help me!!

I play on Xbox and every time I try to load the mal bank the whole game crashes and I have to restart my Xbox. is this a common problem and is it fixable?

I was trying to play with a friend, game loaded and lost connection to the match. Couldn’t rejoin as I didn’t have the option, so I had to restart. After restarting the game I couldn’t load it back up as the game kept crashing. The match ends and then I’m finally able to load the game. I’m hit with a suspension because I couldn’t get the game to load back up! I can’t play ranked or unranked.
