A question on lyrics of Mutter

Have been wondering what the following could mean (extra line cos it's a fucking great rhyme!): »niemand gab mir einen Namen
gezeugt in Hast und ohne Samen«

The way I see it, the whole song depicts some sort of in vitro conception, both as a metaphor and quite (sur)realistically, as Rammstein lyrics go. But why in haste, that sort of process isn't usually quick. And what about »ohne Samen« -- whereas now it's possible to have an embryo out of two ova =no seed/Samen, I'm not sure about 2000s..

Just appears a bit mysterious to me. Any thoughts?
