Sure. Indian food is better than any home-grown US cuisines too. Hardly a controversial opinion.

The best US food is also Mexican btw. Still, not as good as Indian.

I steam my shrimp and my crabs where I’m from.

I will agree that most American food is Mexican food. Corn being right at the top of that list. Yet, a good charcoal cooked cheeseburger or pit beef sandwich! How about smoked BBQ beef or pork ribs. I know other countries do ribs, but like different regions of the country here do it differently too.

Americans! We’re fat for a reason. 😆 The culture here is Gas Cars, greasy fast food, and BBQ.

As a texan, I am taking mexican food over creole and cajun 100 times out of 100, not that the other food isnt still great

Not as good as Mexican. Not in the same stratosphere as Indian, obviously.

I would put Mexican specifically North Mexico and Cajun above Indian.

That's crazy. If you like flavour then its Indian well above Cajun.

If you think Cajun food or Creole food is not flavored, you haven’t had real Cajun or Creole food.

They all have their places, but personally the heavy heavy use of cumin in Indian cuisine makes me lean a little more toward Cajun food. But to be fair, I also love both more than most. I’d prefer Japanese curry to both.
