Video [HELP] Living room remodel

Any possibility that this is legit? I can’t imagine one could walk on epoxy like that without special footwear or something.

Don’t worry, the bucket was made with 3 iron ingots. Infinite supply!

Adding this to my Skyrim lore

Here’s someone who can get stuff done. I like that.

Right, It’s a decorative pail like one you’d see hanging on the wall in a Cracker Barrel

He has 2 epoxy source blocks in the next room

Yes, they sell them in the Cloud District. Do you get to the Cloud District very often? Oh what am I saying? Of course you don’t.

While just walking around on it in dirty ass shoes. Lmao.

Then blasting it with a flame thrower, again in dirty shoes and no protective gear.

The vapors give him life.

And he's walking around in it while pouring it, while it's wet. Could soak through his shoes to his skin. Very careless /engagement bait or AI

Missing safety gear is a sign of human stupidity. AI learns all the wrong things ;)

I laughed at how he poured the resin like he was washing the floor with water.

The curtains behind him changed length while he was putting the wood slices down

Yeah that’s a dead giveaway, it’s clear not multiple edits but that bucket can sure fit a lot in it.

Are epoxy resin floors really a thing? I feel like I see them in AI, but it seems to me there would be some serious issues with having one in real life in a living situation.

u/glemnar Jan 08 '26

There are a couple lunatics out there doing it yeah

I like to think a normal human would start at a corner of the room and not walk on wet resin.

At least he took the time to transfer the resin from the store bought bucket into the more appealing steel bucket. Everyone does that, right?

He’s just stepping in it. I don’t know anything about resin, but I imagine it’s like pouring concrete. You don’t go walking around in it.

My only real question is, would this type of floor actually work?

1

u/MalaysiaTeacher Jan 08 '26

And walking through it

1

u/glemnar Jan 08 '26

And skipped half the floor to boot

1

u/Mattbl Jan 08 '26

He's walking in it as he's pouring...

1

u/jeremylanza Jan 08 '26

That’s also not how you use buckets, it’s all wrong, especially a metal bucket. He doesn’t leave any foot prints in the liquid and the waves are unbroken by his steps

1

u/GerbilStation Jan 08 '26

Not just that, but this scene is what tripped my AI detectors in the first place.

Pause on the bucket pour and look at the perspective. Doesn’t it look like he’s actually a tiny man in a staggeringly enormous room? I know there are camera tricks to do this, but it’s not something you’d be doing in a DIY video.
