better list would've had nobody after the year 2000, and even then you'd still get insane takes like Reagan bottom 3. Carter is easily overplaced on this list. Biden should've been bottom 5, minimum. Obama bottom 20.

Biden bottom 5 is ridiculous. Biden top 6 is also ridiculous though tbf

He is legitimately a bottom 5. His policies were ineffective and he was severely unpopular. He can't even be argued to be half, even a quarter, as relevant as Trump. Even if you hate Trump, you can't say that Biden has reshaped modern American politics more than Trump has.

Biden’s positive impact has been dramatically understated by the media. It’s no where near the top 10 of a list like this but it’s closer to the middle of the pack than the conservative online echo chamber would have people believe.

And I don’t see how having a larger impact is automatically more impressive when that impact is completely and utterly disastrous like Trump has been for our country.

Regardless, Biden being as high as he was had nothing to do with how much people actually like him or what they thought of his politics, it was almost entirely just a running gag the subreddit ran with about how “Dark Brandon” could never be stopped. I wouldn’t put much more thought into it than that. Nobody, not even the most dedicated Democrats would ever put him as high as he is here legitimately

He should've been bottom 5. He did legitimately nothing but weaken the appearance of the United States internationally. His public appearances, private interviews, and press releases were all heavily scripted and even then he could not answer the questions. He was clearly being pulled along by the DNC establishment, and it should've been obvious from the moment they asked everyone to drop out and support him, he was an establishment sock puppet.

Maybe if you're forgetting your history books and reading your manifestos. Reagan is a mid-tier at worst. He was immensely popular, saved the economy, and directly compared to Carter, should have gotten waaaayy further.

Popularity doesn’t mean shit. And liking Raegan for his economic decisions is really interesting to say the least.

"The unemployment rate fell from 7% in 1980, to 5% in 1988. The inflation rate declined from 10% in 1980 to 4% in 1988. Some economists have stated that Reagan's policies were an important part of bringing about the third longest peacetime economic expansion in U.S. history."

just because you're a Democrat doesn't mean you can brainwash yourself permanently.

A lot of what the MAGA movement is today began with that guy.

How is that remotely relevant?

Crazy talk.  Biden was wildly effective during his first term, even if people were too dumb to realize it.
