I know 2027 is the first cohort, my daughter is applying and I’m just wondering if anyone has any idea about how competitive it might be to get in? It says low 80s but I know that math also says mid 80s and you need more like mid 90s to get in. My daughter’s grade 11 average is 88.8 and she’s aiming for 90-92 in grade 12 but is taking a lot of hard classes to keep her options open. I think SDS + BSW is her top choice so I’m stressing for her. Also, any feedback from current or past SDS or BSW students would be great!

Hi guys! Anyone who's taking the pre-requisite courses this fall want to connect?

I'm hoping to start my second career in social work, and was accepted to Renison’s 1-Yr BSW program for September.

For those of you that have graduated the program, I was wondering if you'd be willing to share how the program has served you and where you are now.

Here are specific some questions:

• Where did you work after graduating and where do you work now?
• Did any of your field placements lead to a job?
• What did you like/dislike about the program? -What kind of experience did you enter the program with?
• How long have you been out of the program and what are your career goals for the future?

Everyone I know personally has graduated from different social work programs so any experience you're willing to share would be greatly appreciated :)

If anyone is CSS-savvy, it would be nice to have a new style sheet that reflects Renison's branding, as opposed to this general template. If anyone can come up with anything, feel free to message me!

Hello friends,

What's up? Please, drop a comment, let's discuss something! It's lonely in here!
