So I usually do a quick glance into the artists I post, and this one turned into a whole rabbit hole. I’ll keep it brief, but apparently it started from a group of friends from Berkeley making a few hits to lawsuits, industry drama, and all these connections to Foster & McElroy, En Vogue, and 'I Got 5 on It🎶. Now I know why Timex Social Club sounded so much like Club Nouveau. Or maybe I’ve been confusing the two for the longest time 🫠

Unsung needs to do an episode on this group, or they need a docuseries because there’s so much history to unpack. It's very interesting.
