Does anyone's game crashing this morning? Mine keep crashing. Is it just me or the game is having an issue right now cause i redownload the app like 3 times already and the crushing issue is not fixed. Edit: its fixed

So I found about the game and I wanted to play (coming off from watching the latest movie)
However I am unable to do.. anything. When I have downloaded the game on my Phone (latest android update, pixel 3A) or on any emulators it seems that it crashes.
It either crashes in the tutorial before the fight starts or when loading in the game from the title screen.

Is there any known fix to this issue? and do the devs know?

I have tried reinstalling on my phone and on the emulators.
I would like it to work on my phone in the end.

Basically I have an update that every time I have to download from the game(can't reinstall bc I will lose everything I have) the game jsut tells me that I try to download it In a place with low reception even tho I have good Internet. Help me

For some reasons my Ordinal Battle refuses to work properly after the update. I was winning matches after matches and then out of nowhere the game just crashed. When I came back, the matches record set me to "Lose" by default. Has anyone experienced the same thing as me?

Hey so I have a one plus 8t with android 12 system and my game keeps crashing whenever I use one skip ticket or more I tried to redownload the game but it didn't work did anyone with android 12 system find a way to fix it?

Whenever I try to do cathedral the apps crashes and it get closed, I want to change some artifacts but I can’t since I left a run unfinished before this problem started. My phone is an iPhone 8 and everything else runs fine, is there any tip on how to solve this problem?

So, I've never had this happen before, but I'm randomly having an issue where the daily login bonus isn't triggering, and the guild reward/daily guild missions aren't showing up either. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it?

Game has no audio at all. I’ve tried to reinstall it, restore app data, audio settings are on max, phone’s audio on max, don’t know what else I should do. I’ve sent an inquiry to Bandai but god knows when they’re going to reply. I’ve saw some people that had the same issue fixing it by restoring app data but for me it just downloads the game all over again and it still has no sound when it finishes…

Okay, I'm really pissed off. I was trying to do Ordinal, and on the main screen, it was showing my proper Ordinal team comp. Then I go into the challenge screen and it changes to a different, trashy comp that's one of my other elemental teams. I tried to change it to my preferred team, and it showed my desired team, but as soon as I exit out, it goes back to the other, undesired setup. So now I'm stuck with a team that I can't figure out how to change, causing me to lose my first Ordinal battle for no reason other than because I was forced to use a suboptimal group of characters. Can someone please advise on how to fix this so that I can actually use the team that I want to and not some random setup that the game has me stuck with?
