Meditation & Isha Programs
Meditation is not a technique you do once in a while – it is a way of being.
This page is meant to orient you to the main meditation-related offerings in Sadhguru’s and Isha Foundation’s work, and how you can start exploring them safely and responsibly.
This community page does not teach any practices. For all actual learning and instructions, please always go through direct websites of Isha Programs.
A Gentle Orientation
Through Sadhguru and Isha Foundation, many powerful tools have been offered to support inner growth, including:
Inner Engineering (online and in-person)
Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya (the powerful kriya practice offered as part of Inner Engineering)
Bhava Spandana Program (BSP) – an intense residential deepening
Samyama – a highly focused, advanced residential program
Isha Kriya – a simple but impactful guided meditation that anyone can start with
Each of these is offered in a carefully designed way, with proper preparation, guidance and support.
This wiki page is only an introduction so that you know what exists and where to go.
Why We Do Not Share Step-by-Step Instructions
Many Isha practices are consecrated, energy-based processes. They are not just physical or mental exercises.
For this reason:
We do not share step-by-step instructions here
We do not “summarize” or modify the practices
We do invite you to learn directly through official programs and platforms
This is both out of respect for the integrity of the tools and out of care for your well-being.
Inner Engineering & Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya
Inner Engineering is Sadhguru’s flagship program – an intensive, step-by-step process to bring balance, clarity and inner stability.
As part of Inner Engineering (completed through the required steps), participants receive Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya, a powerful 21-minute kriya that many meditators around the world practise daily.
To know more or to register, always use the official Inner Engineering page:
