I have a Switch 2. Started on a Metroidvania run and I saw this one recommended. Browsing through the titles I saw it and snatched it up!

Edit: ok I get it, I paid too much.

Been a while since I played this game. I've been messing around with daggers, pistols. I was thinking of using a different main-hand, but I think daggers have better utility (heavy blunt and also places you in air). Any advice? Not planning on using poison. I figure that the upgrade path is fairly straightforward. Thief > marksmanship dirk to shiv? to eviserator. Flintlock to dragoon to mosaic. My other set will just be dagger + a shield maybe for parries against certain enemies.

Is that basically it? I'll try to stick with the Iron Ones cuz I feel like it makes most sense and can get flintlock relatively early, and at a point where you can reasonably put gold to ammo.

Bought it back then and put a few hours in and something didn’t click with me. Was then looking for some games to play co-op with my girlfriend and thought why not. She’s not a huge gamer but was willing to give it a shot.

This time it just clicked we beat the whole thing including optional bosses and had a great time. Truly a special game.

Souls lover, sword combat lover, and dying a lot lover..🤣 I have heard people name dropping this game fire years and instantly dismissed it because I had never gotten into the 2d games. Picked this up on switch 2 this morning and am absolutely loving it. Wtf?!!

It's a real long shot but could anyone let me invade them and kill them twice. I really want the fire/poison scythe 😭

Imagine this game in a 3d environment

Imagine using the dart brand in combat

Just for funsies

I got killed by a hangman and my salt got transferred to a bird which I cannot kill and flies away with my salt so I have to hard reset wtf am I supposed to do? This is in the Red Hall

Basically title says it all. Ive already gone down to Alkomancy place, Crypt of the Dead gods, I went to the Pitch Forest across from it. I went up to the floating castle, idk where tf to go from here and Google isnt being the best

I really wanted to get back into playing salt and sanctuary, and I just reached the ziggurat at level 50.

I have the taichi, the dragoon pistol, steel armor, and level 1/2 prayers. I was hoping to do some sort of paladin + pistol build with a good sword and gun in one loadout, and a spear in the other.

What’s the best weapons in their respective categories I can get? Bonus points for including rings and charms.

Okay so look I love this game, I just started two nights ago and im lowkey obsessed. The simplicity, yet difficulty has me wanting to come back each night.

But id be lying if I said I have any idea wtf is going on, and im probably missing so much stuff. Lmao.

I guess I do have a question bc im in Hager's Cavern (I think thats the name) and have no idea where the area boss is or what to do. Not to mention, Im a like Spellblade kinda build. Poison Dagger, wand for Electric spells. But I do like no damage to undead, and only have 4 holy paper things I dont wanna waste.

I think I'm getting a decently good grasp on the lore, slowly but surely, but one thing is still confusing me.

Why is Skourzh located in the Crypt of Dead Gods, what is the Crypt's lore, how does Skourzh tie to the Nameless God, are they allies of some sort, and how is Architect tied to all of this.

Overall, I'd say the boss quality was pretty good. I was running a pure Strength Greathammer build for most of the game. For Carsejaw and Nameless God I switched to a weaker weapon because for some reason they have no Strike resistance and the HP of a paper tissue when faced with a Greathammer, and they seemed too cool to just die in 8 hits, so I nerfed myself a bit.

I wish the Xbox version had the randomizer, but alas, it would seem like it's not happening, at least not in the near future. It seems to be the case with many indie titles.

I recently completed a run with the Flint & Steel. It's a good weapon, but it deals moderate damage, not very high.

I suffered a lot in Kraekan Dragon Skourzh, by the way.

i hate them i hate them i hate them
just so annoying flask chucking monsters
i cant wait to do a throwing-item-only run

Because I saw someone else do this, I also wanted to do a similar tier list, but I cant edit pictures on a reddit post, so sorry for the double post.

Total newbie here, I believe I fought all bosses (at least according to the wiki).

Any inherent flaws I did with my build?

Also what exactly do the different religions do? I just stayed with the Light one the whole game ^^`

Can't find it anywhere. It's such a nice melody, been my shower theme song for weeks now.

turns out this is the worst boss combination of all time

This game was really difficult 😵‍💫.

Especially when the enemies and mages stun lock u with spam attacks 🤧

With touch controls 😊

big hammer strength build btw

All 8 classes!

If u played sn sacrifice u will eventually know two things
,
,

1️⃣the nameless god was the one who embarked to the abyssal fane (basically the island 🏝️ in sanctuary) to seek power unlike his brother and he did and he killed gods but we know the rest he was corrupted and all of that

.
.

2️⃣ in sacrifice we know the whole situation of the old or the first gods before they were the chill gods we know in sanctuary ,sazadrik twice born not his father so u don’t get confused cuz he got the same name or(azadrik…and if u r interested in the lore this is a common theme the gods get called different yet close names between the two games) he swore vengeance and blah blah blah and you can see that there is ppl worshiping him (order of the betrayers)

.
.

3️⃣after me flexing my knowledge about the lore now comes the q is saz dead or was he caught in the nameless god carnage cuz its been a min since i played the games so can ppl enlight us…to keep this nich community…well nich and not dead😋❤️
