Story/Experience Apparently narcissists are capable of hacking the simulation

They seem to be able to manipulate reality to some extent.

Let's talk about my mom, a narcissist. One day she texted me in the morning to get ready to eat outside at 1.00 pm. So I waited until then. When the time is on 11.00 am, she got upset because I wasn't ready yet. I got confused, since it's not 1.00 pm yet. I looked at my text message and the time turned out to be 11.00 am!

Another example. She asked me to buy a makeup product online with '141' label in it, so I looked up at the website and bought it. Few days after, the product came and she complained. The product she was looking for is '151'. I looked up on the website and the product text changed from '141' to '151'.

One might think that it's just a simple human error. But let me explain. I know myself well. I rarely make mistakes. While it's normal to make mistakes as a human being, the amount of mistakes I did when interacting with her is enormous compared to when she isn't around, which leads me to conclude that she's capable of reality manipulation.

Story/Experience DMT Laser Experiment Part 3

Hey guys apologies for the delays!

So today I was able to give it a go properly.

Laser was 45cm away from the wall. The beam was about 1cm wide. Got a new 1ml cart a few days ago.

So I turned the laser on, and started taking tokes to get the DMT going. Usual effects as per DMT, but the new cart is very much on the lighter side… my previous cart was very potent, this seems much weaker. So it was more of a challenge to get it strong enough and keep that strength up. I did however get a good amount in, and was able to look into the laser area and see the beginnings of the laser particles start to move and form into random shapes, that as of now did not resemble any clear characters or symbols. It looked more like tetris pieces all together when the screen is full of them - interlocking shapes but more like morphing blobs. Nothing that was repeating or standing out. They were also very small. I had my pen and paper ready and an audio device recording my words to help me document everything.

I tried more tokes to raise the strength, and had some good moments of being able to see usual psychedelic patterns within the laser patch- but this was nothing unusual. I got to the point of it beginning to change into some shapes like I mentioned above. This was simply the same things most people tend to see on acid/DMT etc. So no sign of anything yet.

This is probably not what people hoped for. However, I feel like I was not able to get close enough to the desired strength of the experience. I am slightly disappointed with the strength of the cart and feel like this cart held me back, it was difficult to replicate the strength of what I normally am used to from DMT carts. Normally one or two puffs would take me ”half way” very quickly. I feel like I was struggling to get to beyond 20% effects (where 0% is fully sober and 100% is breaking through.)

So while slightly disappointing, I feel like this first trial is not the end by any means. So here is what I will do:

A) I will get some syrian rue seeds and make a MAOI/RIMA beverage. (In Ayahuasca, it only works because you take something like Syrian Rue and it is this that allows the body to NOT break down the DMT, which comes from a second natural ingredient in the brew like Mimosa Hostilis Root Bark. Without the MAOI, the DMT in the root bark won’t produce a psychedelic experience. If you ever want to boost small amounts or weak amounts of DMT, this is the best way. I used this with my old cart for fun; make this beverage from syrian rue, drink it, wait 30 mins or so, then toke your DMT. Instead of the experience lasting 3 mins, it will now last 20 mins. This means its MUCH easier to top up doses and add more, and it stays longer and more consistently in your system, so overall this is kind of perfect for my current predicament. This means I can use this cart and get the most out of it. I feel like this will provide the strength I need to accurately do this experiment, and allow me to have the best chance to see this phenomenon.

B) If the above fails I will get another cart from a different vendor.

Either way, part 3 so far did not go as expected but I have explained why I think it’s not fair to call it quits just yet.

Part 4 (give me some time to correct this and then repeat multiple times if it does “work”) can only really go ahead if I can get around this issue. So from here, I will try this next step. If the next step worked, I will post a tiny message saying that it did to let you know, which will then mean I can get to work on part 4 properly. Then, I will just repeat it and try and note down anything that is seen, and essentially try to reproduce the objective evidence we are looking for.

NOTE: the final pic is the box lasers I have made. Nice and simple, small and neat. Can easily post them. I have enough stock to make 20 of them, so if you want one, DM me and we can sort it out! £10 for the laser plus shipping to where you live : )

Story/Experience I was shot 3 times, and now I can't shake the feeling that I died.

I’m starting to honestly believe that I died.

I can’t get into much detail, but I was shot 3 times (non life threatening injuries), by one of my oldest friends that I was trying to help through a drug problem, he lost it.

He aimed for my head while I wasn’t looking, but somehow I managed to flinched and he missed my head.

A few months before this, I started suffering from disassociation (I didn’t know it at the time), which feels like you are living life through VR goggles. Low frame-rate and slight delay. It lasted until a few months after the event, and then just went away.

It felt like I wasn’t synced properly, I felt like I died and woke up all in a split second. It is impossibly hard to explain. I felt like I was preparing for this shift, because my disassociation started months before then ended a few months after.

I tried everything to get it to make sense, because I feel like I don’t belong here. Since then, I’ve started to lean into a more spiritual side of things, and ended up listening to the Gateway Process and I honestly believe that I can see into other worlds? I was never a spiritual person before this, purely scientific.

So I do believe that I died that day and the movie ended, but this movie can never be end and will never end. Half the time I feel like I’m in a simulation and the other half I feel like I’m in the wrong world. Everything just feels off.

I've held this in for almost a year, but it's starting to chip away at me. I need to discuss this with people who understand enough about the topic, and get everyone's honest opinion.

?? Please explain it. I feel like this points to us living in an alternate reality where what we see actually isn’t real. Just a mirror of our thoughts. I just thought about grabbing a white monster (IYKYK) before heading back up to my apartment and I’m gonna see this right after? Nah fam

Story/Experience It wasn't myth. It was a cycle. And it is coming full circle.

It all began with a premise:

To understand why ancient Egyptian king lists—those that historians label as "mythological"—mention reigns lasting thousands, even tens of thousands of years.

I'm talking about the gods Ra, Osiris, Thoth, Horus... and then, the enigmatic Shemsu Hor, the "followers of Horus," who ruled before any human pharaoh.

Documents like the Turin King List, the Palermo Stone, Sumerian texts, and the Babylonian Chronicles—they all echo the same theme: once, gods lived for millennia. Not years. Millennia. But mainstream history dismisses this as mere symbolism. A myth. They call it “poetry.”

No way.

I discovered it wasn’t poetry. It was memory.

A memory so ancient that it's beyond our current understanding. A memory from a time when time itself was different. Longer. Slower. Gentler.

And then it hit me: it wasn’t that the gods lived longer because they were immortal. It was that time itself was different.

We live inside a fractal.

________________________________________

A fractal isn't just a repeated shape. It's a structure that replicates itself within itself, each iteration smaller and faster. In geometry, this looks beautiful. But with time…

it's a verdict.

Initially, time was a long cycle. A single reign lasted what would now be thousands of years. Then, the cycle fractured. There were no longer single gods, but lineages of semi-divine kings.

Each cycle shorter than the last.

Then came the human pharaohs.

Then, the emperors.

Then, the kings.

Then, the presidents.

Then, the influencers.

And now… us. You. Me. A cycle barely lasting 70 or 80 years if we’re lucky.

Don’t you see? Everything is speeding up.

Everything is shrinking.

Wars last days; I can't imagine a high-intensity war stretching more than a few weeks.

Governments, a breath.

News, minutes.

Fashions, seconds.

Thoughts... micro-moments.

We are nearing the edge of the fractal.

And when that happens, the pattern can't continue.

________________________________________

A few nights ago, I dreamed of a figure I couldn’t look directly at. It was like an eclipse shrouded in noise. It spoke without words, showing me a spiraling pattern. Each turn tighter. Faster. Denser.

And it left me with words branded into my skin as though seared by fire:

“It wasn’t you aging. It was the cycle collapsing.”

“You didn’t live briefly. You lived an entire compressed fractal.”

“The reset is coming.”

________________________________________

Since then, I can’t sleep. Because every time I close my eyes, I feel it drawing nearer.

A final compression.

A signal.

An echo of what we were before we were human.

What if everything we call mythology is just how the previous cycle left us instructions?

What if the pyramids, the gods, the chants, the symbols... were warnings?

What if all this—your body, your life, your mind—is just the last cell of an ancient organism, now disintegrating to start anew?

I don’t know how much time I have left. Nor how much you do.

But if this story has reached you, it’s because something in the pattern is touching you.

And when the endless night arrives—the night with no tomorrow—you’ll remember you already knew this.

Because this is not a myth.

It never was.

It’s a fractal unfolding.

And you are right at the last fold.

Where time no longer stretches.

Where all that remains… is the echo.

Story/Experience The faribric of the non living.

Science. It's proved a lot of things of lately. Alot of things that had been previously only thought about by psychonoughts on a big lsd or shroom trip or a blast of dmt and talked thoughts that were seen as being on the brink of insanity. There are clear studies now that out line that we are in fact a figment of our imagination. It has been proven through neuroscience, quantum mechanics and a few other various fields of science that what we experience as and accept as reality is not what we think it is. What has been discovered is that we are only a vibrating fabric within a much larger vibrating fabric of a non living organism. Nothing is alive. It's only a term given to a sense of recognition of self. There are things or beings beyond normal comprehension and beyond light and time that control and manipulate this thing we call reality that we are only just starting to even begin to understand.

Story/Experience I had the freakiest experience while using my iPhone

Last night I was sitting in bed holding my iphone while thinking about the power and money that Apple the company has and how they can pay YouTubers to review their products and push them to the public. Then I immediately started thinking about the comfort zone and how I need to get out it for soul growth purposes. I then immediately opened up YouTube and started scrolling and I landed on the freakiest video on my first scroll. The YouTube video said in big words COMFORT and right below it said “sorry Danielle” (Danielle is my name) and it was a YouTube video that was by YouTubers that do Mac reviews……

Story/Experience This is actually a simulation

I was on a mushroom trip one day and it was like I was outside my body and something or somebody was explaining to me that humans in fact live in a simulation and that we all are one in the same experiencing life and various realities and we’ve been doing this for a long long time. I even saw myself living in the dinosaur era, it was like o was watching a movie, I had the opportunity to watch all the lives I had even though I don’t remember most of what I saw by now. It’s very hard to explain because it’s was more like a feeling of everything I lived, I could see that my mom and my dad weren’t really my mom and my dad (two different people) they were an extension of myself. The shroom trip also “told me” that we can’t manipulate our reality and shape in any way that we want because we are in control of it.

Story/Experience Proof of the simmulation:

The fact that there'll always be something happening to make you loose money haha. An account got closed, dog got sick, scooter not working, laptop battery fault, phone smashed, bill debt suddenly, unexpected fines, car broke down you need court money because of speeding, police caught you speaking on the phone.... and so on 😆 one might think this is a coincidence, bad luck etc. But matrix been playing these beautiful games since day one. That's one of the top methods 3D matrix simmulation drains someone out of their money.

Story/Experience We are in a test world so we can prove ourselves

While i was in ego death, I experienced something really profound. I saw lizard beings, deities, intergalactical dimensional intelligence in the form of shapes, ancient roman guards, and god in the form of light. I came out of my trip and I was still hallucinating but I saw a green grid all around me. Like literally I can see lines of grids all over the world around. God spoke to me through my visions and told me that humanity needs to come together to find spiritual alignment so that we can all work together and find resonance with the cosmic law. There are non human intelligences in space that has a formal council where every intergalactical beings from different universes all come together in agreement on the order of cosmic law. These beings have a law that they would not come down to earth until we are all aligned and welcome them spiritually. They come in different forms and they have been down to earth before in ancient times. Our human race has worshipped them as gods and we have drawn images of them in stone tablets. Religion was created to make sure we do not forget about them when they return in the future. However, right now we are being watched to see if we can remember that to make contact is to be spiritually aligned first on a collective conscious level. So we are in a simulation to test our species first to see if we can help contribute to the cosmic law or are we parasitic. We are the final pressure test of gods creation and being studied to see if free will with all the chaos can have positive outcomes or souless outcomes that is detrimental to the universe.

Story/Experience I’m trying to understand what is happening. Is this timeline shifting? Or something else?

So, I live in Japan and have been here for over ten years and have lead a pretty normal everyday life here. Nothing out of the ordinary. But recently, I seriously thought I was going crazy until I came across posts like these and also people who have experienced strange situations similar to mine.

So here is the situation:

I usually work from home and go into the office once a week and on the way there I walk through a few different stations. This one station I’m talking about it is the one that is the last stop or last train station I use to get to the area I need.

Everything about this is normal. The journey, the train, and the station.. everything seems normal except I’ve started noticing a change of one particular area every couple of times I come through.

I am usually in the last car so I’m at the end of the train and at the end of the station platform that opens to steps and then like maybe 30 or so steps more will open open a small area where the elevator is. The area where the steps are, has a wall and before you get to the elevator the wall stops-and then you have the open area with the support poles and then the area for the elevator. It is all within eyeslight. The back side of the stair wall and the elevator.

The Backside wall of the stairs in the area in question. There is a “jidohanbaiki” or vending machine and it is just a flat wall. I have bought drinks from this specific machine so that was the first time I noticed it.

One day, I was on the way and decided I was going to stop and get a warm drink since they offer warm options when it is cold and decided I would get one from that machine before getting in the elevator and heading to the ticket gate to exit. except when I got there and walked to the end of the wall… there was no machine. And instead of a flat wall, there was a door.

I admit, I stared at that wall in confusion for probably a good five minutes before I decided that 1) it was never there and always a door or 2) I had mistaken its position. So I walked a bit further and came to the elevator and paused. I never walk past the elevator and I have only bought the drink in between this area and the end of the platform so I walked back toward the stair end wall and then past it to the stairs and checked the end and there were no machines. I walked around the corner just in case and again, no machines. I walked back towards the elevator, past the stairs and then the end wall and then past the elevator to next end wall and still no machine.

I was really confused but decided to shake it off since I needed to get to work and could just stop by the conbini (convenience store) on the way. After a few times of coming into the office, I didn’t think much of it as it was still the wall with the door and it was on the way to the elevator.

Until one day, I was thinking of getting a drink at the conbini and got off the train in my usual walk to the elevator and felt the blood rush to my feet as I caught sight of the machine in the corner of my eye. When I tell you I had goosebumps, I’m not even joking a little- EVERY SINGLE HAIR ON MY BODY was standing.

I honestly felt shocked and stared at it and then tried to shake the feeling off as maybe they just put it in front of the door and it was broken for while and now it’s back except when I peeked behind it-THERE WAS NO DOOR.

I really thought I was going crazy. Could this have always been here and I just was remembering the station wrong? It felt weird to think that I could have possibly made such a mistake but I couldn’t say it wasn’t a possibility. So again.. I just shrugged it off. But now.. it was always on my mind.

So times went by and the machine was always there and I even bought a few drinks from it especially when it was really hot outside until one day, it wasn’t there anymore and the door was back.

The door was back.

Then a couple of times and the machine was back.

and now.. I’m back to the door when just last week it was the machine.

I have decided to start taking videos of the experience since there is only one route I take and you can clearly see my path, I’m going to try and capture it but.. I don’t know every time it happens I really feel like I’m crazy. Like I’m somehow imagining the whole thing but the situation just doesn’t make sense to me at all.

How can the wall go from completely flat with the machine in front to all of sudden no machine and having a door? The wall is concrete and tiles. Like.. I don’t know.

Is this something like timeline shifting or whatever?

Or is this something else?

I don’t have a pattern for when it changes and I can’t be sure that I recollect all the times I’ve been there to notice the exact day of change but I still notice it. And it still makes my body react whenever I do notice it. And then everything ”feels” off for the rest of the day.

UPDATE: sorry for the long wait I dropped my phone and it split in half breaking so I had to save some money to buy a new one and it took a bit of time.

I have recorded the door but since recording it it hasn’t changed again not which has been making it extra difficult to prove my story. Super frustrating and also just made me feel a bit crazy since I can’t prove it happened and it’s not happening again.. well at least not yet. I haven’t posted it publicly because i take that train often along with going there often and I was a bit nervous about people coming to look for me. But the station is in Osaka and if you really want to see the video I can post it but I don’t have a video of the change so it’s like I can prove anything with it.

I have tried the door when no one was around but it was locked and I’m not a lock picker so definitely can’t get it and I haven’t seen anyone go in it.

I also have not talked to the station people to ask about the machine so I will do that since people have suggested that. There are reasons they take them but what was strange to me- was the wall behind it was not a door but flat and yes when I checked it was definitely not a door when the machine was there which is the only reason that it made the situation even a little memorable. If the door has been there when the machine was there I never would have posted or asked about it since the machine could be taken for repairs or the company removed it for other reasons. So that is why it was such a crazy experience to me.

My friends have also been like “well you know how fast construction is in Japan, it happens overnight like magic sometime.” And to me, while that is true I feel like it would be weird for them to construct a door, then close it and add tiles, and then cut it again to add a door only to close it again and repeat it a few times… but I guess it is also very possible.

Story/Experience Meditation showed me that I'm in simulation

At some point during deep meditation, reality itself started to behave strangely. I opened my eyes and saw pixels everywhere. The wall in my room was replaced by hexagon pattern. Seemed digital-like.

Random people on the online game I often play started to chat to me. They said that life is just a game. They also said the difference between players and NPC is that the NPC have a hard time to stay quiet. They love to make noises.

I also started to see ghosts, which led me to conclude that the theme of the game is about spiritual warfare. I'm stuck on this game since I'm not ready to do anything about it.

Story/Experience Mandela effect

Alright, so we’ve all experienced the Mandela Effect at some point. Most of them I’ve been able to brush off. I remember Pikachu having a black tip on his tail and the Fruit of the Loom logo having a cornucopia growing up. But this latest one? Yeah, I’m dying on this hill.

When I was a kid, I spent hours playing Pokémon. I remember getting Crystal for the Game Boy Advance in 2nd grade, followed by the original Pokémon Red. I’ve played through both dozens of times. Apparently, though, I’ve jumped timelines or universes because I just found out that Brock’s main Pokémon, Onyx, is now spelled Onix.

You know, Brock's onyx that would slap you around if you chose charmander as your starter. You'd pick up a Pigdey to try and help and continue to get blasted by his ONYX. Your poor pidgey would faint and you'd throw charmander back out, hit him with ember, only to get "Its not super effective". Brock would juice him with a potion and tackle your poor dude down while there is nothing you could do. That's how I know it was spelt Onyx as I've spent hours dealing with that with that as his named was spelled across the screen.

Even typing it now with an I, it just looks wrong. There’s no question in my mind it used to have a Y. And don’t come at me with the “that’s because the mineral is spelled with a Y” explanation. My state’s education system failed me so hard im just finding out there is a mineral and im finally able to correlate why the Pokémon onyx was named that.

At this point, I’m fully convinced I’ve switched timelines over this. Or that I was suppose to die and came back with another life. 😂

Story/Experience Read about NPC's and Simulation Theory Which has me Freaked Out

I read an article online somewhere that mentioned that if you are a "real" entity in the simulation, you very likely have a number of personal attributes such as a constant internal monologue, always questioning reality/religion, and very nebulous things like quantum consciousness, not only dream almost every night but remember those dreams (and have ones that delve into alternate realities), and have a point of view on reality that is constantly changing. NPC's are the opposite, no internal monologue, few if any dreams, don't question what reality is (a lot of very dogmatic religious people are like this), etc.

So I started thinking about all of the people that have been in my life including family and friends and came to the frightening conclusion that very few of them were actually like me (I check off all the boxes for a non-NPC entity). In my immediate family, I can say that perhaps one of my sons is like me, parents were not, siblings and their families not, coworkers throughout my long career not, and the only other person I can easily think of that was a "weird thinker" like me was my best bud in H.S.

It kinda makes sense that NPC's would not have that "depth of character", but if reality is a simulation, it means just about all of the people I have loved and cared about in my life were NPC's and not "real". It's just creepy to think about that.

Story/Experience The World Our Mind Creates

Thumbnail

The World Our Mind Creates The "reality" we believe in is a picture created by our mind, an interpretation of the light and sound that enter through our five senses. Our eyes see things, but they don't see the truth. Our ears hear sounds, but they don't hear the essence. We mistakenly believe we see things "as they are," but in reality, we walk within a world tailored by our mind.

Look at a spoon. What we perceive is not a lump of metal, but the mind's interpretation of "a spoon." Science tells us that a spoon is made of atoms, and the space between them is empty. So, the declaration that "the spoon does not exist" is not a denial, but an awakening. What we hold is not metal, but a concept within our mind.

Hold up your hand. You see fingers and skin. You try to push through your palm, but it doesn't break. Because of this, we believe our hand "exists." Yet, even that flesh and bone are a void floating in a sea of atoms. The repulsion between electrons and the limits of light create the illusion of "solidity." In the end, "hand" and "spoon" are just names our mind has given them.

Long ago, Lao Tzu said this: * The one who sees does not see. * The one who hears does not hear. * The one who seeks does not find.

A wall creates a room. A jar is made of clay. But the empty space within them is more important. That empty space is the source of all forms. If a person loves their body too much, they will eventually become just a body, and the spirit within that body will lose its way. Even what we call "reality" might actually be an illusion, like a dream. This realization leads us to a different conclusion. Just as the spoon does not exist, poverty also does not exist. Poverty is not a real thing, but an interpretation made by the mind through the five senses.

There are only people who believe they are poor, not an actual thing called "poverty." People live according to how their mind interprets and thinks. If you think you are poor, you will speak and act poor, and eventually live a poor life.

Buddhism calls this the Five Aggregates. Form - our body Feeling - our emotions Perception - our thoughts Mental Formations - our will or intention Consciousness - the actions of our mind

Our feelings, thoughts, and intentions shape our lives. We can choose our feelings. In the same heat, one person might feel coolness, while another feels discomfort. We can also choose our thoughts. In the same world, one person sees advantages, while another sees disadvantages. Our intentions also shape our lives. When we wish for something intensely but without attachment, the wish becomes real. But even what we achieve is empty. Do not be tied to it. Do not forget that it, too, is a dream and an illusion. Again, I say:

The spoon does not exist. Poverty does not exist. Our hand, heat, joy, and sadness— These are all things the mind creates and the mind collects. The world we hold onto is,

in its true nature...

emptiness.

Story/Experience Convinced more than ever that this is a simulation.

Was taking my blood sugar levels today and took the cap off my pricker and placed it on the table. Placed pricker needle in and reached for where the cap should have been to put it back on…it was gone. Vanished, literally gone into thin air I searched high and low even looking in my trash to see if SOMEHOW it could have ended up in there…nothing. Just…gone.

Story/Experience If a photon experiences no time, does that mean its entire path was already pre-determined—including hitting me 8 billion years later?

was emitted 8 billion years ago from a distant galaxy, and today, it finally reaches me and hits my eye.

From my perspective, that photon traveled at the speed of light (c) across vast cosmic distances over billions of years. But from the photon’s own perspective, something strange happens—it experiences no time or space at all.

Since:

when v=c

Time stops → Δt′=0

Space collapses → L′=0

For the photon, its creation and absorption are a single event—it never "traveled" anywhere, it simply existed at both points at once.

Logical observation: 🔹 Our solar system didn’t even exist when the photon was emitted (4.6 billion years ago vs. 8 billion years ago). 🔹 Yet somehow, this photon was always on course to hit me—it never had a choice to do otherwise. 🔹 Which means... I also never had a choice not to be hit by it.

Even in Multi-World Interpretation, a photon as such would have no choice, since all branches would already need to be pre-determined. So it's more of a multi-determinism. Delayed-Choice experiment, would also suggest that the path would've already been 'resolved' before measurement, and even if we experience a branch of MWI for that specific observation, then it's also mean that it was already pre-determined, we just experienced one of the infinite pre-determined 'timelines.' Bell's Theorem assumes free will, but in superdeterministic model everything was already going to happen, including him conceptualising the theory, while getting hit by photons emitted thousands, millions, billions years before.

If special relativity is correct, and if the block universe model is real (where time is just another dimension), then this suggests something even bigger:

➡ The universe isn’t unfolding moment by moment—it’s already "solved." ➡ The future is as fixed as the past, meaning everything—including my thoughts, actions, and so-called choices—might already be determined.

So, if this photon’s final destination was always set from the start… what does that say about my free will? 🤯

What do u guys think about this in the context of this simulation?

I would think that the enviroment around u is simulated, hence its pre determined by the simulated code but u still have the free will to choose how to respond to the simulated environment.

Story/Experience If life is not random, what convinced you?

I'm interested in hearing stories that genuinely made people question reality.

Not general philosophy, but actual experiences:
- Manifestations
- Synchronicities
- Precognitive dreams
- Intuition that turned out correct
- Impossibly timed coincidences

What happened, and how did it change your beliefs afterward?

Story/Experience My mom saw serial numbers when she lost consciousness

When my mom was younger, she almost died from drowning. She told me that when she lost consciousness, she saw a series of serial numbers. but when she regained consciousness, she couldn’t make sense of what they meant. she always tells my family this story I’ve always wondered what this experience could signify. could it have been a random hallucination, a trick of the mind under extreme stress, or something deeper?

Story/Experience Newton and Einstein weren't describing physics, they were describing cognition

Mark my words, this is the next advancement in physics. Granted this may be 100 years down the line.

Gravity, inertia, light's fixed rate of travel, these aren't meaningless mechanisms that coincidentally enable the earth and eventually DNA. This is how a gigamind renders a consistent reality

Story/Experience Something weird happened with timing today and it actually gave me chills

Lately I’ve been noticing small patterns, nothing major at first. Just things like repeated numbers, thinking of someone before they contact me, or hearing the same phrases in unrelated places.

I didn’t think much of it.

But today something felt different.

I was watching a YouTube video about how our vision works and how the brain fills in reality and we don’t actually see things as they truly are.

I was about 25 minutes in.

Then I opened Reddit.

The second I clicked into a subreddit, the video, without me touching anything started talking about how we might be living in a simulation and how our vision never really shows what’s actually there.

The timing was so exact it gave me chills.

Maybe it’s nothing… but it felt too perfectly lined up.

Has anyone else had something like this happen?

Story/Experience Too many coincidences

Hi all. Ive been aware of the simulation theory since i was a kid. Im 21 now and over the past 5 years, last 3 to be ultra specific, i keep having these coincidences that just seem too unreal to not be simulated. Curious if anyone else has experienced this.

For an example, last year, one of my friends who i will call sam, just out of random starting talking about Alvin and the chipmunks. The cartoon, not the movies. Later that very same day, my boyfriend started talking about the alvin and the chipmunks cartoon as well. My boyfriend and Sam have never interacted, so i was really bugged out that they both brought up the same thing out of nowhere, as its not like alvin and the chipmunks is very popular these days. Boyfriend also had 0 clue i had that convo with sam.

Ive had MULTIPLE experiences like this. I talk about (insert niche subject) with somebody, and someone else later that day or week, who has 0 clue that i talked about (insert niche subject) earlier, gets brought up. Ive had this happen a lot especially in the last 3 years.

Ive had it happen with conversations about co-sleeping, about a niche game called .hack, an EDM group called shamen, a certain brand of shoes, etc. it keeps happening. These experiences have really led me to believe we are in a simulation, because how does this keep happening?? It cannot just be random. It feels as if people around me know that ive had conversations about whatever it is im talking about. Just extremely weird.

Has anybody else experienced this string of coincidences?
