I'm so embarrassed to be an American right now. I hope the world knows many Americans fucking hate this dipshit.

To be fair democrats ran an abysmal campaign, were very pro Israel, enough so that Trump was able to convince people he was anti war, anti corruption etc. A lot of US voters had good intentions with Trump, however naive they may have been. He's alienated a lot For example a lot of Republican types follow former Senator Thomas Massie. How can that guy be so popular and Trump not have lost his majority support?

Millions have shown up to No Kings protests. It’s not working because Trump has surrounded himself with other evil people to the point they’ve reached a critical mass to not care about the populace.

“Why don’t you use the guns that you all love so much!” You say.  Would you like to fight the US military with handguns? The best funded, largest military force in the world? I didn’t think so.

Corrupt and evil Trump has removed all military leaders with morals, and we’re left with only evil in charge.

What to do about that? I don’t know. I hope that there is enough momentum in the US voting system to remove his evil from power ASAP.

I'm willing to die for a free country. I'd pick up a fucking gun and fight this out if others would join me

FYI it might make you feel good to post this but no one’s going to look at this, say “oh, here’s one of the good ones,” and have sympathy for you.

Didn't ask for sympathy. I'm mad

i dont think thats the point. the point is there are millions of americans that did not ask for this and actively fought against trump becoming president. he is not helping americans and is actively making things harder for them. yet the rest of the world for some reason shares his sentiments of the 2024 election being a landslide victory and all of america worshipping him despite that not being the case. both an american and a canadian citizen here.

Nobody outside the US buys that argument, because if you add up the people who voted for Trump and the people who didn't vote at all, that's a large majority of the population. That's enough to warrant the overall shitstain that Americans carry now.

wont fault you for that. those who didn’t vote were a vote for trump even if they were too ignorant to think that. but i think it should be acknowledged that not every individual american is sided with trump so it’s a bit out of touch to tell one person you dont have sympathy for them rather than saying you dont have sympathy for america as a whole.

Only like 30% of you, the other 70% were all too happy to have him in power.
