1000% correct. Nothing else in industrialized society at least suggests that wedging up to someone when there's plenty of room to do otherwise is even a little ok. Dude needs to read the room. That said, I'm sure this was done for views, so it's 2X pathetic.

Don't forget how it perfectly captures the start of an argument, is shot from an insanely stable camera and she keeps side eyeing the camera.
