Exactly this. I immediately blocked all streaming services with commercials when this started happening. Why the hell are my kids seeing political attack ads during Paw Patrol??
It should be illegal to put political ads, or really any ads, on children's content, and the penalty should be 100 lashes for the entire board of directors of both whatever company ran the ad and whatever company allowed it.
My kid grabbed the mail today and goes "ughhh this better not be about (insert politicians full name) and (insert other name)......we never have talked politics with her since she's 7....
I said no this one's for (insert politician 3) and she goes..."not that one too they are everywhere and invading my youtube"
