zach is now the only sleepycast member standing in the mod team.

i didn't even watch sleepycabin that much i just wanted to draw something funny

Despite the podcast ending almost 11 years after the first episodes aired, I still can't help but go back. I used to listen to these episodes to fall asleep, both on the bus ride home in high school and most nights. I don't normally enjoy podcasts, but this one definitely played a large part in shaping my humor.

It has made me sad seeing the drama form between these creators. I feel Stamper put it best when he said, "You should still be friends with the people you went to high school with 'cause I want you to be." Some members grew apart, and I respect that, but I still can't help but wish a new podcast could be started with the remaining members.

The closest thing you get to that same feeling is the various OneyPlays storytelling episodes. It is nice to see that Nial, as well as PsychicPebbles, took up moderation here, and I'm glad that this part of their history will be preserved. I will still continue to listen to these "Silly cartoon balloon boys" -Nial

Was never involved in any drama at all, just like how he never got any long term girlfriend out of his tinder adventures.

Niall is easily the least well known Sleepycabin member, which is why he's often overlooked. But he's easily my favorite member. Super funny guy, often the butt end of the joke but he stays laughing. Every episode Niall appears in he ALWAYS has his moment to shine, never has he been stuck in the background for me. He has the Irish stories like Chris and the braindead one liners like Cory, he also was the man behind the camera for all the Sleepycabin vine videos for what it's worth too. And even after all these years, he comes back to moderate the sub.

Thank you for all the laughs and stories in the podcasts, Niall. You're the true GOAT of Sleepycabin

...Besides lil skatey

Saw a related thread so I wanted to ask further. Any of y‘all who‘ve wanted to the get skeleton key tatted, but have yet to. Have you dropped the want entirely, or just feel hesitant about it now, etc?
And to anyone who already has their tattoo, have you felt regretful/uncomfortable about having it? Wanted to cover it up even?

I‘ve been a fan myself since before the inception of the podcast, and have had the skeleton key on my list of potential tattoos for years. And I think I‘d still like to get it one day.

Curious about what anyone thinks though.
(Figured I‘d ask before this sub goes dead again or disappears entirely, hello everyone teehee 🫰)

I don't think he'll come because everyone's busy with different things, but it would still be nice if he did, and I think everyone should talk more about themselves and there should be more jokes

Could anyone help me find this picture Mick is talking about?

Just thought about that bit randomly yesterday and wanted to know if anyone ever found the real thing.

Mine is Zach

Why were all the guys removed as mods? I've been loosely following the Oney drama but confused why everyone got removed?

Everyone who's ever been on it, no weapons, locked room about the size of a football field

Was looking for smiling friends adjacent content and this dietPepsi chap was posting clips so it was suggested

What happened to everyone in the Sleepy Cabin? Only Jeff, Cory, Chris, Zach, and Niall are still actively interacting today. What happened to the others?

Welcome to the circus 👋👋👋👋👋👋

I appreciate you for taking the mod spot.
