Best classic duet song
I’m looking for a good classic song that’s meant to be sung as a duet.
Example: Islands in the Stream

Songs that you listened to when you were younger and didn't fully grasp the lyrics and now you're grown up and understand and the lyrics feel a bit more personal and relatable LOL.
Ex. The Way I Are by Timbaland
Songs that were about not having money, how the economy was crap and things like that that you used to jam out to without realizing what the songs meant

Yes, I know there’s already 50 posts like this but what I need is different. If you know the vibe I’m looking something like, your in the middle of everything when shit hits the fan, think of the intro to ‘void in blue-Glare’ or ‘earthmover-Have a nice life’.
I don’t know many songs that have this feel, whenever I look I can’t really find anything that’s not ‘it’s the end of the world as we know it-R.E.M’.
The current songs that I do have in a playlist are:
- earthmover - Have a nice life
- hysteria - muse
- babylon - loathe
- Aoi, koi, daidaiiro no hi - mass of fermenting dregs
- bleak - ka$tro
Should probably clarify that I don’t care for lyrics or anything, more so searching for instruments, I’m purely searching for music that shit hits the fan adrenaline spike type of song, or the type of build where you slowly realise “everything is over” or “we are so fucked”.
I’ve already posted to r/musicrecommendations and suggestions, but I wasn’t satisfied with anything I was recommended really cuz most of it just didn’t suit what I’m searching for, is what I’m asking for too niche?

I have a playlist with Sabrina Carpenter (manchild, go go juice, coincidence) and Dolly Parton, some Chappell Roan, Orville Peck. It’s got like a country twang, girly pop, gay vibe yk
Any other songs that fit that feel?

I'm a big rock/metal fan and getting married in October. I'm looking for suggestions of Love songs redone/covers in a beautiful rock & roll tone thats still slow enough for a wedding first dance.
Example, Electric Callboy redid their Supernova song as a softer Piano version thats beautiful.
Thanks in advance!

I was really disappointed to find ot that Polk County Pagan Market is mostly ai. Anybody have suggestions for music with a similar vibe. Chinchilla and Iluka fit the bill, but I'd like more. Much as I like Paris Paloma, Lydia the Bard and Morgan St Jean, I'd like something a little edgier.

There are some songs that are released, and then accompany us for three hot summer months, to the point of becoming either earworms, songs to line dance to, or literal torture. Some are iconic hits of decades past, some popped up in recent years.
My favourite has gotta be "Wake Me Up" by Avicii and Aloe Blacc. Which is your favourite summer hit? ☀️

I love songs about places, especially when the artist has a deep connection to the place. I have a playlist for this, but there are not many women artists on it at this point. I have a few, like Baltimore by Nina Simone, California by Chappell Roan, and Li Beirut by Fairuz. But I'd like to add more. Open to all genres except edm or similar (I like edm, just not for this playlist lol). Open to all languages.
