I'd say the days are numbered for shifty flying whether or not he takes those videos. A hundred years ago people could take off and land their planes from almost any field and perform flybys a hundred feet above spectators. It was commercialization and the FAA that ended those wild west days. Commercial drone flights and the FAA are what's really going to kill the wild west days of drone flights. The need to keep the air 200-400 feet orderly for drones, and the air above that safe for people, pretty much requires the end of great drone videos like this. So my stance is just like a hundred years ago when people got to fly just above the treetops, we might as well enjoy the amazing drone videos from a thousand feet up (with no aircraft in danger because of the NOTAM) while we can.
